Shaun is rushing around trying to get ready before Claire comes over. Lea says that he was the one who wanted to shower together. He only did it to save time.

Claire arrives. 

Claire, Shaun, and Lea catch up. Shaun says that Claire is here because she is having surgery to remove a lump in her breast. Claire says it is not cancerous so nothing to worry about.

Park and Morgan wake up together. Morgan wants to wear something special for their wedding. Park says they shouldn't do it at city hall. He wants to make it special. They have four days to get this set up.

A guy is brought into the hospital who fell off a roof after being struck by lightning. Jordan and Dom work on him.

Claire is nice to Charlie. Shaun thinks she's too nice.  Anyway he wants Claire to have an MRI as it's better for women with dense breast tissue than a mammogram.

Glassman gives Hannah her dose. She wants to be a chef. Glassman thinks she needs rehab first. She's not interested. She thinks he can help her and won't get treatment elsewhere.

Lim comes in to talk to the patient who was struck by lightning. She's taking over for Park who is taking a personal day. She says the man's paralysis/loss of sensation will pass in a few hours.

Lea is about to go to work. She hears the fire alarm going off in Glassman's apartment and goes to check. IT's all smoky and a skillet is on the stove. Hannah comes running in and says she only left it for a second to take out the trash. Lea introduces herself as Glassman's neighborh. Hannah claims to be his niece that is visiting for a few days.

Claire says to Jared she's glad he no longer worries about what other people think. He thinks they both found what they were looking for.

They do the MRI and Shaun says the biopsy in Guatemala was wrong. Claire has breast cancer.

Lim comes to see Claire and catch up. She assures her she'll be fine and is in the best hands. She gets paged while they are catching up and has to go.

LEa finds Shaun. She tells him about Hannah. He says Glassman does not have a niece named Hannah and realizes that Hannah is the patient that was discharged recently. He has to go prep Claire for surgery.

Shaun, Charlie, and Jared come in. Jared says the mass is very small, only Stage 1, and after surgery hormone therapy should be sufficient. No chemo needed. Claire asks if Shaun agrees. He says he was distracted thinking about someone else but will focus in the OR.

Lim has to remove dead skin from the lightning strike patient. It hurts. He says pain means he's alive. His dream is to be a musician but he couldn't make money so he became a construction worker. Maybe he needs to be who he really is.

During surgery, Charlie tries to find out who Shaun was thinking about. He won't tell her. Jared tells her to stop asking.

Shaun tells Jared to close after surgery and runs off to confront Glassman who says he's not giving up on Hannah.

The llightning strike patient has a seizure. fMRI shows a brain tumor. Getting hit by lightning probably saved his life.

They need to do brain surgery ASAP before the turmor becomes fatal, but they might have to cut into the motor cortex which would stop the patient from playing guitar. He says well alive is alive.

Shaun tells Lea he thinks he should report Glassman to Lim. LEa thinks that's a bad idea. It will be a worse betrayal than when Shaun stopped Glassman from doing anymore surgeries. Shaun says but he was right about that. Lea says that Glassman helped Shaun when he was younger because of his grief over Maddie's death, and Hannah is an addict like Maddie. He's trying to make up for losing his daughter. Shaun agrees not to tell Lim what Glassman is doing.

Lim consults Glassman about her patient and he suggests she have him play guitar while they are working on his brain so she can see where she cannot operate.

Jared has bad news for Claire: they didn't get all the cancer. But he knows she will beat this even if it spread. SHe is an unstoppable force.

Glassman talks to Hannah's father who says he's her new dealer, is enabling her, and accuses him of sleeping with her. Glassman tells him to stop the nonsense. His daughter died of an overdose after he kicked her out. Street drugs are more dangerous. The father says only Hannah can save herself.

Morgan comes to see Claire, who had a successful second surgery. Claire wants to see photos of Morgan's baby. Morgan tells her about the wedding and invites her. Claire is thrilled. Morgan says she can't believe she almost let Park get away.

Glassman comes home. Hannah is cooking and says that she got a job as a hostess. She turns down her pill to take a shower. Glassman searches and finds pills in a jeans pocket on the couch.

Glassman confronts Hannah who lies and says the pills aren't hers. He wants to take her to rehab. She says this is his fault. He made her go too fast, he gave her drugs, nothing works. They argue. Glassman says does she want to end up dead? She wants to leave. Glassman leaves a pill on the table and walks out.

Claire asks Shaun what's on his mind. He tells her about Glassman. She says she never tried to understand as a kid why her mom used. She sometimes thinks if she lvoed her unconditionally she wouldn't have killed herself in that car accident. Shaun realixes the only way to help Glassman is for him to help Hannah but Claire doesn't know how he can.

Lim does the brain mapping and finds which area of the brain affects Clint's ability to play guitar.

Jared tells Claire that now they have gotten all the cancer. Claire tells him she wasn't going to come back to have the procedure done in America but Shaun told her Jared would be here. She doesn't know why she couldn't commit to him before

Shaun finds Glassman in the hall crying. Glassman doesn't know how to help Hannah. Shaun puts his arm around him and offers to stay with him. Glassman decides to go for a walk instead. Shaun goes inside and talks to Hannah, saying Glassman didn't fix him -- he loved him, and now he is proud of having autism. Hannah will always be an addict but Glassman sees she can be more than that. Why can't she?

Park comes home with Morgan's dress. He tells her the only time he could get the jazz club was at 2 AM tonight. THat's where they had their first date. She's thrilled.

Glassman comes home and Hannah says after taling with Shaun she wants to go to rehab. She hopes he'll be here for her after. He says as long as he's alive, he will.

Clint's surgery has gone fine and he can play guitar still.

The wedding is a happy occasion but at the reception, Glassman tells Shaun his cancer is back and it's terminal.

Claire and Jared are kissing outside. Suddenly Claire feels sick and collapses. The cab comes and Jared tells the driver to take her to the hospital.
