That's some ride he's got there! Guess we shouldn't be surprised from an avid car racing buff (and someone who's probably doing okay financially, too).

Patrick, a.k.a. Dr. McDreamy, has won the admiration of millions of fans, but none bigger than wife Jillian and daughter Tallulah, of course. How will his character fare tonight when Meredith begins dating both Derek and Finn? We can't wait to find out!
