Tonight's episode, "Sometimes a Fantasy" takes its name from a Billy Joel song. It's certainly an appropriate episode title for Grey's Anatomy, as the interns' dreams and fantasies are realized and thwarted every day.

This week, Cristina tries to open up and help Dr. Burke accept and remedy his hand tremor, which still persists in spite of Derek's best efforts at the end of last season.

Meanwhile, Izzie takes off the apron and returns to SGH for the first time since she quit the program. We'll see how she's received... and copes with it.

Fresh off "treating" a cancer patient in the bathroom of the Emerald City Bar, Alex is introduced to a new patient with a long, strange history of injuries. Could that patient be Abigail Breslin, star of the hit movie Little Miss Sunshine, and who will be appearing on the show this week? We'll see!

George and Callie’s relationship continues to progress, while Meredith begins her great dating experiment with Derek and Finn. And what is McSteamy's deal? We'll soon find out.
