Hi Margo. I have read the transcript of TRs interview on Ellen, I have just not listened to the recording of it. There is a big difference between overhearing a comment said during an argument when emotions are high and someone is angry, than having the comment made directly to you with intent to hurt and humiliiate you. I think Isaiah was saying he did not call TR a faggot and I believe him. I don't believe I said TR imagined it. I asked if since it wasn't said to TR if he might have misheard. Have you seen the tape of the Golden Globes? It was not Isaiah that brought it up. They were asked immediately by Ted of Eonline about "Isaiah's homophobic slur". Isaiah was responding to a question asked about him personally. I agree. It was completely "No class at all", but it was not Isaiah's doing to begin with it was Ted's. I am sorry Isaiah responded, but understand why he felt he needed to.

Another thing, you obviously are not very deep...if you could not read T.R. Knight's interview on Ellen's show's....then you really have no right to comment on him at all. Yes, I believe that IW called him a faggot...and no I don't believe that T.R. Knight imagined it, and yes I believe it caused him pain, but that should of been the end of it. But Instead IW was way out of line for bring it up again at the Golden Glodes. NO CLASS AT ALL

Yes, I truly believe that IW would appear to be the kind of person that would say that, and deny it. When they received the Golden Globe award, what was that!!!! He made it all about him...I admire him as an actor, but I can't do the same as a person. He is self indulgent!!! I have two wonderful twin step daughters and one of them is gay and she holds a very high profile job in the police force in the U.S. and she is the first to say that men that are gay have it the worst..and fagot is not even humane in referring to another individual.

Katherine Heigl needs to mind her own business. She is making TR look like a punk and that has nothing to do with him being gay. He is a man, he needed to handle it that same day. Then if IW wanted to say it to his face he could have. I don't beleive he said it to him or about him. If he would have been on time to work he would have known. This was about him running late (like he is all of the time). He was wrong for going on Ellen months later. It should have been dropped. Katherine needs to mind her own business, she is not the best actor.

I agree with so many on this list who have said, once again, lets move on and concentrate on the show. I am so appalled by all of it really. It ruins the fantasy of Seattle Grace to have TR making claims on Ellen and Isaiah making denials on the Golden Globes, and Katherine siding with TR and threatening to "take out" Isaiah. It is just so divisive. Thank God Sandra Oh and Patrick Dempsey and Justin Chambers and the others know when to keep quiet.
Purplemerder, you are such a nice person and I know you never want anyone to have hurt feelings. I just want you to know how much I appreciate that as a fellow frequent poster on this website. And thanks Bonnie and Say Uncle. I am really trying to understand this because I believe in my heart that these are all good people who keep hurting each other unintentionally.
Everyone will make up their mind about this depending on who they personally like. I can't tell you how much I wish Isaiah had just not responded to the reporter

Burke Backer, we have the same thing in mind: Isaiah MIGHT indeed have used the "F" word, but it wasn't necessarily said to TR directly.
I think Isaiah would think that if he would publicly deny calling TR a faggot, TR would most likely speak up and call Isaiah a big, fat liar (It's not like he'd pay TR a million bucks to say nothing about the incident). Would Isaiah want that? I guess not. No one in his right mind would want to embarass himself, right?
I also think that Katherine Heigl's remark just added more gravity to the whole thing (peace, everyone, this is just an OPINION). TR and Isaiah could have done without her saying that.
All these would cause nothing but problems for the show. Just when they've just won Best Drama Series (which emphasizes how succesful the show has been), this horrible thing happens. I love the show so much, and this really bothers me especially now that Isaiah being fired from the show is talked about.
I may be somehow sound biased because I'

Steve, It is exaggerations and misrepresentations by people in the media that have made this argument back in October into something so major to begin with. It is because of inflammatory word choice that the media has made it into something unforgivable and we are buying into it.
"if you watch the clip on the HFPA web site you will see the looks of horror on the cast face."
I watched it and they were looking down with no expression at all. I certainly did not see any looks of horror. Do you believe they had looks of horror on their faces because the Eonline reporter said so? Are you that guillible? I watched them they did not. He can exaggerate, but it does not make it true. Did they look uncomfortable? Were they taken by surprise? They really looked kind of blank.

I think they are both telling the truth from their perspective. Isaiah wasn't addressing TR. He was not calling him a homophobic slur. If you are to believe TR, Isaiah may have used the word in anger during his argument with Patrick. That does not mean he called TR that word or set out to in anyway hurt TR. In Isaiah's mind, if not in yours, he sees a difference. He was not talking to TR at all, didn't know he was around, would never knowingly have hurt him in that way. Does that excuse using the word? Hey, Shelby. You made the statement:

Do you think Isaiah was hurt by her comments? Is he not her fellow-cast mate also?
I think Katherine Heigl believes TR Knight is not adult enough to handle his own problems. She should back off and let TR address the issue as he did today on Ellen. Her temper and off the cuff remarks were as hurtful as anything Isaiah said in his own defense. I am not a fan of KH. I think she is also a loose cannon. Did she lie on Ellen right after the incident in October when she said it was just a testosterone thing and that everything was fine? Is she a liar? I don't hear anyone calling for her firing because she insulted a cast member on national television by saying she would "take him hout" and lied about the incident on the Ellen show.

I don't know if he made it up on not, but if he came around the corner, did he hear everything. Did he add things he thought were said. And, why did he decide to talk now. It couldn't have been what happened at the GG, because IW was trying to soothe the situation, not calll him a name. It may not have come out the right way, but his intentions was to soothe the situation, even KH admitted to that. They even interviewed KH and asked her if he [TR] was hurt, she stated she didn't know, but yet she went on to speculate. I still feel that had she not made that statment, things would have been very different. Why stir up problems. She even when on to say that she thinks they can work it out because their family. I think she's just a bit fickle, and also think the reason he said the things that he did was because she was upset.
