She said it because Isaiah decided to grab the mike of Shonda Rhimes during the Golden Globe press conference and tell the assembled press that he did not call TR a f***ot. It was an awful moment and if you watch the clip on the HFPA web site you will see the looks of horror on the cast face. Kudos to Katie for having the guys to say something. She rocks and was just looking out for her friend who was visibly upset. TR spoke about the incident on Ellen today.

This issue being brought up again is just saddening. As far as I'm concerned, the cast has good camaraderie with each and everyone of them, they work harmoniously with each other even after the so-called incident. But why bring it up again? It has been over and done with. Isaiah had so many interviews about this already. So did Patrick and TR. It is just over. Why can't we all just move on and leave this unnecessary luggage behind? About Katherine's comment - I was surprised with that, really. Why say that just now? I mean, she has also been asked about the so-called incident and she said nothing like this before. Whether or not Isaiah said something against TR, let's just leave it between them. They're big guys already, they can fix that between themselves. And they certainly don't need people exaggerating what really happened.
