Just a quick update to let you know that most of our problems stemming from last week have been fixed, and our We are in the process of upgrading our server so that this doesn't happen again, and so that this site can accommodate its growing base of hungry Grey's Anatomy fans. Your experience is important to us. Which is why we are asking for your help.

In addition to new and improved forums, and the return of polls, we want to make Grey's Anatomy Insider the ultimate community-oriented site with more interactive features.

A comprehensive site overhaul and server upgrade would help us get to that stage. Unfortunately, it's an expensive proposition.
