For all of you that are "turned off" by Katherine smoking~~~Who are you to judge her?!?!?!?! I suppose you are ALL perfect! Well, good for you all. Katherine is a beautiful person, both inside and out, from what I have read and seen of her. The pictures are great! She's absolutely beautiful!! Keep up the good work Katherine!!

The one of her pulling up her dress makes me laugh. It is such a caught-off-guard kind of picture! Totally something you would see a person do in that dress!

Great article. Very funny. On the smoking she's not the only Grey's Anatomy star that smokes. Justin Chambers, T.R. Knight, Kate Walsh, Sara Ramierz, and even creator Shonda Rhimes does as well. Those are the other confirmed smokers on the show as well.

Well...the fact that she smokes seems to be the biggest catch of the interview. We seem to be missing out so much, like her touching PATRICK DEMPSEY's HAIR!!!! Lol, she is supposedly Xtremely nice! I quite agree that i don't like these pics, for they don't look natural

gorgeous woman! i love katherine heigl in a non-gay kind of way (not that there's anything wrong with that). i seem to be having a girl-crush on her ever since i met her on the street in N.Y. a few weeks ago. she was so beautiful and so nice. it wasn't just a friendly hello and then away. she actually took the time to talk to us fans despite the fact that i was embarrrassingly over-excited to meet her. now how many actresses would actually waste valuable minutes to speak to fans on the street?
i don't smoke myself but i have no objection to people who do. so what if she smokes? it's her right. like Amanda said previously, this is a free country. give the girl a break, people.

Ew, the smoking is gross. Izzy is great but now I'm done with Heigl. Seriously. And don't say it's ok that she smokes. My dad died from lung cancer. He smoked.

who cares if she smokes? no biggie lots of people smoke. and as far as a bad influence to kids, this is a GQ interview. I dont know any kids that read GQ. and do you know how many kids have parents that smoke? get over it, its a free country. and her smoking dosent affect her ability to act. shes awesome.

i wish she didnt smoke, i respect actresses that dont smoke and i think its a turnoff that she does... so many girls idolize her, putting across the message she smokes isnt really good behavior of a role modell...but i love izzie!!
