Sandra Oh & Friends Out Celebrating
Sandra Oh celebrates her appearance on the cover of the new issue of Marie Claire at a party with the help of some of her Grey's Anatomy pals.
Sandra, Ellen Pompeo (who brought along fiancé Chris Ivery) and McSteamy himself, Eric Dane, partied it up in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Congrats to Sandra. We hope to have the Marie Claire interview with the compelling Grey's Anatomy star up for you to read in the very near future!

Yeah stop picking on Ellen. She's amazing. But she can do sooo much better than Chris Ivery.

I agree, Laura. I like Meredith and the actress that plays her. I think she has been treated poorly by the press and therefore by the fans. She seems like a really nice person who is supportive of her castmates. All of the talk of her being a diva on the set I really think is greatly exaggerated. I've heard several others in the cast, including Patrick Dempsey and Sandra Oh, talk about how funny she is and how nice to work with. I think she's very pretty also. It may be in a less obvious way than Heigl or a less exotic way than Sandra Oh, but she is beautiful in her own way and has such an expressive face. She really did shine in the episode when her mother had the lucid day. She is a truly gifted actress, in my opinion.

The edition of Marie Claire is one stands now, I bought it a couple days ago and very much enjoyed reading the article.
As for Ellen, I hate that everyone picks on her all the time! I think she's beautiful and talented. I don't understand if it's jealousy or what but people just need to lay off! She's amazing. And I really doubt that all the mean things they always seem to say about her are actually true. Everything is always taken out of context!

Does anyone know when SO edition of Marie Claire hits the stand. I am interested to read what she has to say about playing Cristina and about herself. She seems very private which is good because the public has a way of loving you today and hating you the next.

Sandra does look great on the cover. Good for her. It's hard not to think of her as a leetch ever since she asked for alimony from her x-husband.

She is just sitting lower and having to look up. She is not trying to steal the spotlight. She has no reason to.
