Tonight's Episode: "Begin the Begin"
Tonight, Grey's Anatomy is back in its secondary time slot (Fridays at 8:00 EST) with an episode from Season 2 entitled "Begin the Begin."

As their full-fledged love triangle boils by the minute, Meredith and Addison both try to come to grips with their lives and the role that Derek plays in them.

At the hospital, George gains unique perspective by treating Bex, a young, troubled teen who Addison determines is hermaphrodite. Cristina gets her own perspective on a trip with Miranda to Idaho to obtain Denny's new heart. Yes, that means more Jeffrey Dean Morgan tonight!

New episodes return March 15 (just 13 more days) and repeats aren't nearly as good as something new and exciting, but "Begin the Begin" is definitely worth another viewing. We'll certainly be tuning in.

Oh Isaiah got a standing ovation? I am so PROUD and happy for him! Thank you BB for the wonderful description. Congratulations to Chandra and GA! Such GOOD news!

WooHOO! Congrats to Isaiah, Chandra, and Shona & co! I sincerely hope that all "issues' are behind then (and us) and we can celebrate the good. "I believe in the good"...... Way to go, gang!

He won! I just love this guy. He was so humble and emotional about it. I think this past four months has been an absolute nightmare for him. I am so glad that his work was honored by the NAACP. He was obviously moved by the standing ovation he received and the applause that continued even after he was at the podium and waiting to give his acceptance. He looked very moved. He also looks thin and sad. I wish there was something more that I could do as a fan than just be supportive of him. There is a beautiful picture of him up on one of the news stations on the podium receiving the award. He looks almost in tears. Chandra won too for best supporting actress and the show won for best drama series. Eric Dane, Justin Chambers, Jim Pickens, Chandra, and someone from the production staff was there along with Shonda to receive the award. They didn't televise their win but announced it on the live broadcast. I don't know why they didn't show it. I wish they had.

Thanks BB - I almost forgot. I'm pulling for them all, especially IW.

Hi all. If you are looking for an alternative to reruns, Isaiah Washington, Chandra Wilson and James Pickens,Jr. are all presenters and also nominees at the NAACP Image Awards ceremony tonight. It will be aired at 7:00 central and 8:00 eastern time on the Fox network. I am sending out lots of great positive supportive vibes to the nominated actors and to Shonda Rhimes and the cast for the show, which is also nominated. It will be a good chance to see some of our favorite Grey's cast members at another award ceremony. Last year when Isaiah won Sandra Oh, Katherine Heigl, Kate Walsh, Justin Chambers, TR Knight, Chandra Wilson, and James Pickens, Jr. were all on hand with congratulations, hugs, and friendly support as was his very proud wife, Jenisa. When the show won for best television drama, the entire cast went up on stage to receive their award. Isaiah, who was held up on his way to the stage by well wishers, walked all the way across the stage behind the others to stand by Sandra Oh who turned and gave him a huge hug. It was lovely to see their comraderie. I am looking forward to watching tonight, particularly since I have season two on DVD and can watch Begin the Begin at another time. I am hopeful that Isaiah will win for Best Actor, James for Best Supporting Actor, and Chandra for Best Supporting Actress, and of course GA for Best Television Drama. The award goes to people who are portraying people of color in positive ways. They are up against some stiff comepetition now that more and more television series are featuring key characters from minority groups.

i hate reruns....

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

There's a reason I said I'd be happy alone. It wasn't 'cause I thought I'd be happy alone. It was because I thought if I loved someone and then it fell apart, I might not make it. It's easier to be alone, because what if you learn that you need love and you don't have it? What if you like it and lean on it? What if you shape your life around it and then it falls apart? Can you even survive that kind of pain? Losing love is like organ damage. It's like dying. The only difference is death ends. This? It could go on forever.
