That's a Wrap: Grey's Anatomy Cast Celebrates End of Filming Season 3

by at . Comments

Katherine Heigl keeps her party dress under wraps while continuing to film the much-anticipated wedding scene for Grey's Anatomy in Hollywood.

Piece of Cake

It ended sweetly â€" with a cake to celebrate the end of Season 3 filming (as seen in this People magazine photo). It's been an up-and-down year, and the conclusion has yet to be seen by viewers, but let us be the first to congratulate the cast on another fine campaign.

Katherine and the rest of the gang return live in the two-hour Grey's Anatomy event, "The Other Side of This Life," tonight at 9 p.m. EDT.

Excuse me, but a certain comment/comments have really annoyed me whilst reading them, since they seem to be based more on prejudice than actual fact or reason.
Alright?
A doctor who dates people through/on the internet? -- Tell me, why is it so hard to believe people in real life do that? Doctors are so busy with their jobs, a job that can get quite lonely at times..Internet in such a case is a wonderful solution to find some companionship, or even romance. Also, if colleagues have a problem with that, I personally don't think they would say something about that, knowing that not all doctors are as close (to each other) as the bunch in Grey's Anatomy...
As for angry psychologists -- why do you think a number of them get/got into that branch of work in the first place? Dealing with other people's problems is a nice way of not having to deal with your own (underlying, psychological) problems...Are there honestly people out there who are convinced that the lives of psychologists are less scr***d up than those of others? If you don't agree with the coming of a spin-off series for Kate Walsh, stick to more solid arguments concerning the storyline, or the techniques used for filming or something. Personally, I liked the spinoff. Didn't fall off my chair in awe of how wonderful I thought it was, but tickling enough that I've gotten very curious as to what this new show is going to be like...
Agreed, they should've provided us -the viewers, i.e.- with more in depth-info on the characters, that would've allowed (some of) us to sympathize more with all these characters, since there were a lot of them and thus it came across as being quite chaotic.
However, I do think the cast can pull it off. There's a lot of talent and photogenic people involved - Just as is the case with Grey's Anatomy, 'cause I don't think all the actors are equally as talented, but their photogenic-ness and their chemistry with their co-actors helps them pull it of anyway. As for the Ally McBeal-ishness of the show, perhaps that's a pro, since there hasn't quite been a show like that in the recent years, and we all know what a success that show has been.

I just can't believe the season finale is almost here. Where did the season go so fast. September seems so long away. 4 months is it to early to start the count down for the DVD release and the new season. Which may I add better have a lot more happy MerDer moments.

I can't believe I gave up 2 hours for G.A. It was the worses thing ABC could have done with G.A., trying to introduce a new show. Why did Meredith's step Mom have to die? Just when she thought she had it all under control. You should make her a stronger person on Season 4, enough of her going after Macdreamy. She should play hard to get for a while with Macdreamy. Make her a strong person, not a person always feeling sorry for herself. I love G.A., I got hoke on it on Season 3, I have rented Season 1 and 2, (waitng on Season 3 to come out in video) made my husband crazy for 3 days because all I wanted to do is watch G.A.

The new show was blah, here I thought I was getting 2 whole hours of Grey's and it was really only about 20 minutes! Oh, the let down, I was so bummed!! I STILL CAN NOT STAND George and Izzy!!! I had to close my eyes when they kissed in the elevator. I just think it is gross and totally unbelievable. Izzy and Alex ya that's a go!

I'm sad season 3 is over but, i'm ready for season 4! I hated the spin off too. I was trying to be open about it in the beginning but, i actually had to TRY to watch it. It felt like a chore whereas grey's, it look foward to watching it every week. I love Addison and I hope she returns to SGH but other than that, I didn't like her in L.A. I'm with you kathy! I want them to bring back the Denny Douquette story. I love him sooo much and he is way better suited for her than george.

The heck with a new spinoff. Like we need another medical show. Though I have to admit I do like all of the actors in it.
I think they should concentrate on getting Denny Duqette's (sp) long lost evil twin back on the show for Izzy. I loved that guy. They shouldn't have let him die. He was just so... McYummy. Loved those dimples and that smile.

Sorry, duh--I meant, maybe I'm in the MINORITY. Also, one other comment--how are we to believe that Addison (who is not anywhere near menopause) is barren? Why wasn't the idea of using another woman's egg's explored? It shouldn't be difficult to find a women with red hair who looks like Addison. Or, why couldn't she just adopt? I realize that Addison was upset by the news, but raising a child is what she wants, why isn't adoption good enough? In all, I think the script/show was unrealistic and the show needs a lot of work to be believeable. Grey's is a thosand times better. I hope the 'new show' is not picked up. I wouldn't be against Tim Daly or Taye Diggs doing guest spots on Grey's but that's about it.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Sometimes we have to get lost. To find each other.

Meredith

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."
