In NBC's upcoming reality dating series Age of Love, premiering June 18 and hosted by Mark Consuelos, seven beautiful, sophisticated women in their 40s, nicknamed the Cougars, will vie for the affections of 30-year-old Australian tennis superstar Mark Philippoussis (pictured). Their opponents?

Six fun, enthusiastic women in their 20s, coined the Kittens.
