If we all think back to season 2 at the very end where Dereck chases Mer and said that it drove him nuts to know that the McVet had his hands all over her.....Seriously after all that they have been through Shonda is playing with us.... I love DerMer togeather and i know that it is only a show, can't wait for it to come back to oz. The show is all about them, the spoilers are cover up's to keep us on our toes...... love DERECK

That really isn't far I was so hopeing since it showed them to at the end that maybe shonda was going to try to fix them as a couple I feel the same way about her father hasn't she had a hard enough life as it is now here is the bar girl moving in on her man and job come on shonda fix it or you'll lose alot of mer/der fans this one for sure

Well one thing for sure, Mr. Smith looks like it may be Derek since he was paged b/c of patient with the pressure in his brain, and he's the "most handsome of them all". We all know GA writers love the show him off, haha

The scene at the end with Mer waiting for Der is old footage from season 2 :-(
And the scene whren Derek turned down chief was BEFORE the not-wedding, not after, like a lot of people thinks, because there's a lot of flashbacks in the episode, but they are really dificult to notice because of the way the episode was edited ¬¬, wich is not good, because that make the fans confused.
I'm not interesteed in watch the season 4 premiere, I don't like new people, I hate the idea of new interns (I mena, wtf with new the interns?, we need new attendings!, Mark and Derek can'yt be the only two!!) , and specially, I HATE the idea of two doctor Grey!, that's an excuse for stupid Tatcher to be around, and I hate him so much, he is an awful father, and doesn't matter if he is good to her "new girls", with Mer he was a huge piece of garbage, he don't need to be around her anymore!.
Shonda need to fix this mess, but I'm afraid that's getting more and more impossible every day :-(

I don't think MerDer will end, I've read somewhere on the inet that Derek's sister, Kathleen will visit SGH, and that Derek will ask her to help Mer with her troubles. (Kathleen is a psychologist)
SO they won't end immediately I hope..

I seriously hope you are wrong about George and Izzie. They are the main, maybe the only reason I still watch the show, and most of the people I watch with feel the same.
They might have their haters but they have an awful lot of fans who would be very angry if they were dropped without even being given a chance.
Also, Shonda did the interveiw when three episodes had been filmed and she said Gizzie was an interesting relationship to explore, something about how it was interesting when you realized your best friend might be your soulmate, kind of a weird way to talk if Gizzie are really over with by the first episode.
That said, they might try to end their relationship like MerDer did and get together later on when he has finally left Callie.
I hope so because no George and Izzie equals no me.

There is no way this can be the real script. I mean, they don't mention the original cast members at all, and plus: it sounds horrible. This is so not the Grey's Anatomy that I watch! Right?

That's a good question. I do know that, from the commentary done by heigl in a season one episode, katherine kind of laughed at the look of Izzie w/ glasses. So, maybe that has something to do w/ it.

why is mcsteamy left on the shelf. he is one of the most interesting, underrated character and he deserves more attention and screen time. i'd like to see less george (who is totally lame) and more Mark

Also, I'd like to point out, if George is going to restart his intership, which would be the only thing for him to do, he has to be with a new group of people anyways.

I think that it's an okay move putting in a couple more people. Remember, Burke and Addison--gone, two attendings. Besides, you have to give it a chance, you shouldn't just say i haven't even seen it and i don't like them or whatever. And if you don't like it, whatever, it's just a show. Personally, I like Elizabeth Reaser coming back. She tightened up Alex's storyline, which was previously blah for awhile. So, just give Shonda a chance.

I prefer to dismiss the whole intern exam thing and forget most of the timing issues, other than characters changing their minds every episode - that bugs me. Izzie loves George, next episode decides it's best to let him go, then next week not letting him go. Same with MerDer, one week questioning, next on, next questioning, next on. Just be consistent for a few episodes, change/grow characters without the stupidity.
Hate the whole Jane Doe story, it was stupid too. Plus the whole Alex loves Ava thing didn't come through on the screen - I don't like being told in blogs and interviews what should have been shown and developed on the show. The two actors really don't have any chemistry. There is no potential for hotness there, not when she was married and just had a baby with her [totally cute] husband. Hope HE comes back - maybe he can meet one of the newly single female docs.

I think we should trust Shonda. she obviously knows people are looking for spoilers and is not going to let anything pivitol come out. I think she will do a gret job keeping the original cast and brining in the new ones. Mer and Der always seem to come back together at least for a while so i thin we''ll be seeing more of them. lexi will just complicate it like addison and mcvet. but meredith is damaged and doesn't think she deserves someone who loves her so much. plus i think shes scared to love him cause so may things have happened to people she loves and i think shes scared to get to close and put everything into her relationship. well thats my opinion anyway. i guess we'll find out in Septmber!

I'm from NZ and we get Greys really extremely late. About the Lexi and Mer age gap, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Mer took a few years off before going to uni or college or medicine school wateva it is u call it over there. When Mer's mum started remembering stuff b4 she died she was talking about Mer on her O.E so that could explain the age gap.. Although Mer did say didn't go cos or the memory thing.. Can i just ask when exactly does Gery's air over there?
