Here are a few of the latest Grey's Anatomy spoilers we've come across ...

-- Sources confirm that Emmy nominee Elizabeth Reaser is returning to Grey's Anatomy this fall as Alex's erstwhile Jane Doe / Rebecca Pope. An exact episode count is still being worked out, but Michael Ausiello of TV Guide reports that it's "definitely more than one."

-- Ausiello also reports that it's looking more like Shonda Rhimes may officially stick a fork in George and Izzie in the season premiere when the pals are forced to examine their relationship while tending to a very unusual patient: a deer. That's right, an injured deer comes to Seattle Grace Hospital.

NOTE: We've also heard similar spoilers along these lines ... the only variant being the animal, which is also rumored to be a raccoon. Looks like O'Mizzie could really be done, though.

-- Here's a spoiler from allegedly from a Grey's Anatomy script that got out. The names have been altered, so it's unknown whether the women involved in the plot line are cast members, guest stars or some combination thereof. In any case, here's the reported story line:

Three women, Elaine, Connie, and Joanne, are obviously very close. Dr. Lawson enters with his interns, and Elaine tells Connie this is why she should get sick also... they are all so handsome.

Dr. Smith enters and Connie calls him the most handsome of all, and it is clear that they know one another. Connie tells them all that Dr, Smith removed her appendix and it BARELY left a scar. She has told her friends all about him, and she says she gets nervous around the good-looking ones. Connie has cancer in her vocal chords, and they will have to do surgery on her to remove them. Connie is afraid that this may be her last chance to talk and she has so much that she has to say.

With her friends' encouragement she does speak - and insults Joanne (tells her that her pants make her look fat) and Elaine (her breath is terrible). Later, the friends return to find that Connie's surgery went well and she will talk again, but for now she has to rest her vocal chords (Dr. Brown is with her). Elaine and Joanne come in with balloons and tell her that since she can't talk it THEIR turn - and they begin by telling her that she has horrible taste is men.

The three woman bond as Dr. Brown leaves. Henry is a sullen 15 year-old, and his sudden change in behavior is alarming to his mother, Marcy, who has brought him in for drug tests and a complete blood work up. Dr. Keller is the doctor on the case. When the blood tests come back clean, Marcy is still concerned and Dr. Keller tells her that he's just a teenager, when Henry starts spouting nonsense.

Dr. Keller orders some neurological tests. Later, Dr, Keller is paged back to the clinic to find that Henry had another spouting nonsense spell and has collapsed. An exam shows that he has herniated and pressure in his brain. Dr. Keller orders Dr. Smith paged.

I think that it's an okay move putting in a couple more people. Remember, Burke and Addison--gone, two attendings. Besides, you have to give it a chance, you shouldn't just say i haven't even seen it and i don't like them or whatever. And if you don't like it, whatever, it's just a show. Personally, I like Elizabeth Reaser coming back. She tightened up Alex's storyline, which was previously blah for awhile. So, just give Shonda a chance.

I prefer to dismiss the whole intern exam thing and forget most of the timing issues, other than characters changing their minds every episode - that bugs me. Izzie loves George, next episode decides it's best to let him go, then next week not letting him go. Same with MerDer, one week questioning, next on, next questioning, next on. Just be consistent for a few episodes, change/grow characters without the stupidity.
Hate the whole Jane Doe story, it was stupid too. Plus the whole Alex loves Ava thing didn't come through on the screen - I don't like being told in blogs and interviews what should have been shown and developed on the show. The two actors really don't have any chemistry. There is no potential for hotness there, not when she was married and just had a baby with her [totally cute] husband. Hope HE comes back - maybe he can meet one of the newly single female docs.

I think we should trust Shonda. she obviously knows people are looking for spoilers and is not going to let anything pivitol come out. I think she will do a gret job keeping the original cast and brining in the new ones. Mer and Der always seem to come back together at least for a while so i thin we''ll be seeing more of them. lexi will just complicate it like addison and mcvet. but meredith is damaged and doesn't think she deserves someone who loves her so much. plus i think shes scared to love him cause so may things have happened to people she loves and i think shes scared to get to close and put everything into her relationship. well thats my opinion anyway. i guess we'll find out in Septmber!

I'm from NZ and we get Greys really extremely late. About the Lexi and Mer age gap, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Mer took a few years off before going to uni or college or medicine school wateva it is u call it over there. When Mer's mum started remembering stuff b4 she died she was talking about Mer on her O.E so that could explain the age gap.. Although Mer did say didn't go cos or the memory thing.. Can i just ask when exactly does Gery's air over there?

Isn't that normal? They already shared a lot of spoilers, they can't say it all! If she would say something about Merder, we wouldn't have to watch it anymore. Just wait & see..

I still want to know, why is Shonda sharing spoilers about everone except Mer and Der.

hmm. well i think its starting to get really confusing. more than it already is. i am a bigfan of greys anatomy. i love it to death. and i will keep watching it. and i think all of you will to still with all the confusion and new people. its going to be exciting anyways. but i still wanna know about the regulars cus i cried at the end of that one and i dont wanna waste tears.

Did anyone read where season 4 is suppose to pick up 2 weeks after the season 3 finale. Cristina and Meredith are returning from what was suppose to be Yang and Burke's honeymoon. Which seems very out of character for Cristina unless she did it for Meredith. I have mixed feelings about season 4 and to me they're adding to many people to write for again. Sept. 27 can't get here fast enough.

I don't like new people in the show either... But we'll just have to wait to see the new season... I justo hope Meredith stop been such and Ass with Derek... There are sooooo many girls who wants a McDreamy saying that things like he does... I just love him... and.. I don't see Izzie and George as a couple... I miss Izzie with Denny he was great!! :P... Well anyhow... I guess we just have to wait and see... or keep searching hehe

Cate, I am glad someone else share my sentiments.
Another thing that I noticed and please correct me if I am wrong. the intern exam is at the end of the intern year, right. how come that in one year Dr. Bailey has gotten pregnant and given birth, Ellis' death, suzanne's death, chief's wife getting pregnant and loses the baby, izzie fell in love with denny, he dies and then she loves geore... all this in one year.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

There's a reason I said I'd be happy alone. It wasn't 'cause I thought I'd be happy alone. It was because I thought if I loved someone and then it fell apart, I might not make it. It's easier to be alone, because what if you learn that you need love and you don't have it? What if you like it and lean on it? What if you shape your life around it and then it falls apart? Can you even survive that kind of pain? Losing love is like organ damage. It's like dying. The only difference is death ends. This? It could go on forever.

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."
