Tuc Watkins, Former One Life to Live Star Join Desperate Housewives
The daytime soap opera world is making a move to the primetime soap opera world of Wisteria Lane this fall.
First, Tuc Watkins (pictured, David on One Life to Live) will play Bob Hunter, one half of the first gay couple to ever appear on Desperate Housewives. His character is described as the "nice one" and will be partners with Kevin Rohm, formerly of Judging Amy.
Also, Nathan Fillion (formerly Joey on One Life to Live) has been cast as Adam, the younger husband of Katherine (Dana Delany) and father of Dylan (Lyndsy Fonseca, yet another soap castoff, formerly Collen on The Young and the Restless).
The new season of Desperate Housewives begins September 30.
