My favorite show, as presented, has been ruined.
-16 year olds...I could deal with the julie/matt story.
-the landy/tyra story, and the tallahatchie bridge elements it led to, has to be cauterized and eliminated QUICKLY. I am hoping that what we saw here is not what ends up on television next friday night.
-Is coach taylor the head coach at TMU or an assistant? I thought he was an assistant, but certain entries here and elsewhere make it sound like he is the head coach.
-Connie Britton should win an emmy for the scene where taylor says he has to go back to TMU sooner than expected.
-Lyla, Buddy, Mack, smash...all believable.
-I thought Riggins graduated last year, or at least played out his eligibility.
-The Tennessee Tyrant is going to do a Woddy Hayes, I ga-ron-tee it...and that is how they get Taylor back.
Questions...
-Where was Waverly and Smash's Mom?
-Will there be any blowback this year from Smash's steroid use last year?
The show is not over by any means...b

What is going on with Julie and Matt? The story line was so sweet with them last season. First love is something everyone can relate to. They did not even give them a chance to have it, and then they totally changed the vibe. While all the other characters on the show were everywhere, they were the one constant. I hope they change their minds (whoever they are) about them and allow Julie and Matt to continue to see what grows with them.

Oh dear. That was, in a word, bad.
Really bad. What did they do to my show? The writing was bad. The characters all did and said strange things. All of the characters relationships seemed forced and awkward. And what the hell was that with Tara and Landry? That is the most absurd story line ever on a show that I love for how real and true it feels.
