Love it! I love the way that Derek defends Meredith. After all the times he walked away from her last season, it's good to see the old Derek from 1 and 2 who was crazy about Meredith and always stuck up for her. I'm sure they'll make it. There's no one else Derek wants to be with but Meredith. That clip of him with Sloan shows that he is willing to stick it out until she gets herself together. He understands that she's damaged and loves her anyway!

Could Derek be any more MCDREAMY than that!!!! OMG I didn't think he could get any better...I was wrong. Can't wait til tomorrow night!!!
