Loved the episode, Charlie was so cute! hmm izzie, ok seriosuly has she gone a little crazy. im getting over the whole George & Izzie thing, its all secret annyoing i still have hope Callie & George will work

The only interesting thing going on so far is George and Izzie, I really want them together. I think they could be the one stable couple on this show. MerDer can have all the drama, I do not care about them, and George and Izzie can have all the cuteness, fun and light-hearted stuff and lots of romance. They can be the Monica and Chandler of Grey, in even greater. TR and Katie do angst fabulously well but they do comedy and light-hearted stuff really well and happy Gizzie is irresistible Gizzie. Their scenes in episode 2 left a huge smile on my face for hours after.

My older brother died 6 months ago in a horrible car accident. His name was Charles, but when he was younger, we called him Charlie. As he got older, we started to call him "Chuck." This episode reminded me of him so much. His favorite food was lobster, and not the cheap kind you buy at the grocery store. He always wanted the real thing, still walking around the kitchen and fresh from the water. I ahve pictures of him all over my house, and my husband always tells me to put them away. Everytime I look at Chuck's picture I want to cry because I miss him so much. Just last week, I put the picture I had of him, face down, so I could try and get some sleep. Everytime I watch GA, I hold his picture up to my chest. This last episode, reminded me so much of him, and for a second, I thought, "That could have been him. Dialysis 3 days a week, failing kidnies, being in a coma for almost a year." Everyday I thank God that Chuck had a quick death, and didn't suffer. He wasn't in pain. It was a great episode, although for me, it hit a little too close to home for my liking.

I think the season iz good But they got me mess up over izzie & George. The s and m thing with meredith and derek got 2 go. Meredith iz not going 2 run back 2 him. Serously... i would run back 2 him cuz he iz sexy. anywho I luv this season.

Everybody seemed so happy about season 4, but I still think the other seasons were better... There isn't a lot going on right now, my opinion. Just the Gizzie thing.
Well yeah, maybe there was too much pressure for Shonda... Knowing Grey's is such a huge success... More pressure for Shonda to make it even better...

I think George and Izzie are great because they work amazingly well both as friends and lovers. They still have that friendship where they tell each other everything, even now, yet they have this beautiful love for each other and great chemistry. Someone on ABC board said that near-kiss on the hall with Gizzie was hotter than all the George and Callie kisses combined and I agree. They can just be staring at each other and the temperature of the room I am in goes up. I guess best friends really do make the best lovers. And you should not stay married to someone because she needs you or because you feel grateful or guilty, that is no reason to stay in a marriage thatw as a mistake from day 1, most people in real life would divorce too.

Just bought the latest Grey's magazine. Everything seems so much more normal on the magazine, than on the actual episodes. Everyone sounds the same, which makes me think that maybe Shonda should focus more on Grey's, than Private Practice (maybe?) I don't know how I'm going to feel about the 4th episode either, after the fist fight. It looks really surreal. Grey's used to be universal for many people, since many of us could relate to the characters, now things are kind of going on a tangent. I just realized it, but I really miss Joe's and how they talk about what they happened and everything. Alex, what the hell is Shonda doing with him. Was telling out on George really necessary. Instead of making it seem like he has matured from Izzie, and Ava and other things, it seems like he went back to being the same person he was in Season 1. I can't help but stress the fact that the character of Izzie is being destroyed. How many of us can relate to/ be affected by the deer surgery, or how she's acting right now in relation to everything. I watched episode 14 of last season with the Amish girls, and Izzie was an entirely different person back then, than she is now. I don't really like it, and I don't believe it's more of a character and plot change that much; it's more of a script/and the lines they're givign her sort of thing. I think the best remedy for Izzie right now, would be bringing back her daughter, and have us see her softer side again, because this "silly" side of her is kind of surreal. Christina, what's going on with Christina. They're not doing anything to show how she's coping with Burke, other than her patient's stories and how they incorporate with her life. Why don't they bring back Marlow (I know that sounds like a bad idea since he really was annoying, but maybe he'd make the transition from burke to without burke more believable that just keeping her mouth shut). Merder. Whats going on with them? Nothing. Same Old. Same Old. Sex and Mockery is just going back and forth from break up to getting together, except the fact they're calling it sex and mockery. It's nothing interesting. I hate to say it, but it's kind of a drag. They need to do somethng with them, to spice things up a bit sort of like the Doc thing and how they used to walk him (that showed great chemistry between them) now they;re just walking around, saying hi, and then saying how Meredith wasn't there, and Derek asks for too much. Bla bla bla, it sounds high-schoolish. It needs to be more exciting, and less soap-opera-y. I also dislike the fact how NO ONE has mentioned Addisone after she left. Nothing about her, neither from Mark, or from Derek. I know this is sort of a harsh critic, but I personally think it's all true, after watching season 1,2,3 episodes. They need more plots. The only main plot is Gizzie. All the other plots aren't that well displayed I think.

Norman did need to back off a little bit. I completlely agree with Gizzie/Addek vomit. I think that George should stay with Callie. Yes, he was really impulsive with marrying her, but he said ok when she said she wanted a baby, and Callie needs support right now. She's still competing with Bailey over being Cheif Resident, and she needs to know that George will be there for her. Besides, George and Izzie were so much better as friends than lovers.
I think that Mer was really being nice to Lexie at the end. I think she really needs a family member, even though Lexie was really clingy the first episode.
I think Alex was just a jerk to George when he said that George was a repeater. Lexie was keeping Georgie's secret, because she wanted him to feel normal, not like an idiot. Alex needs to learn some niceness.
I loved Christina in this episode. She trades Mer's tounge surgery for her interns, partially because Mer was niave to think she was really sad, and that she just wanted surgeries, but the switcheroo made Mer come closer to Lexie.
The Mark/Derek scenes happened to be hilarious! "Do you ever feel old?" Yay for really old guy waking up! But bad for really old guy dying. His last meal was probably crappy hospital food...

I loved the episode. Thought Izzie was so funny with Charlie, she always gets the best lines. Loved that george finally told Callie the truth, and want he and Izzie to get togetehr so bad. Loved her and Lexie at the end. MerDer still bores me to tears. Mark and Derek are great though. Alex, wanted to kill him for what he did to George and wipe tht smug smile off his face!

Thank goodness for the George and Izzie sory because the rest of the show is a bore. Do like Lexie though, she deserves so much better than stupid Alex!

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

When we say things like "people don't change" it drives scientist crazy because change is literally the only constant in all of science. Energy. Matter. It's always changing, morphing, merging, growing, dying. It's the way people try not to change that's unnatural. The way we cling to what things were instead of letting things be what they are. The way we cling to old memories instead of forming new ones. The way we insist on believing despite every scientific indication that anything in this lifetime is permanent. Change is constant. How we experience change that's up to us. It can feel like death or it can feel like a second chance at life. If we open our fingers, loosen our grips, go with it, it can feel like pure adrenaline. Like at any moment we can have another chance at life. Like at any moment, we can be born all over again.

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)
