The event in question is the Haunted Hayride & Haunted Wooded Trail. It includes an autograph session and takes place on October 27 at 7 p.m. Including An Autograph Session!

Those making an appearance at this fun event include John-Paul Lavoisier (Rex) and David Chisum (pictured, Miles)
