One Life to Live hasn't wasted any time replacing Nathaniel Martson. It's time to meet the new Michael McBain, fans:

Chris Stack.

You probably don't recall, but Stack actually appeared in an episode of One Life to Live in 2003, portraying the character Brad White, a man who went to the same school as Rex Balsom (John-Paul Lavoisier), Jennifer Rappaport (Jessica Morris) and Marcie Walsh (Kathy Brier).

The actor also played a role in three As the World Turns episodes in 2006.

Look for Stack to premiere on December 3, as he had the following to say about the unfortunate way he's earned the gig:

"This is a bittersweet way to get a job. I remember Nathaniel very fondly and was sorry to hear of the circumstances that led to my hiring. At the same time, it's my hiring. I'm really thrilled to have a job."

One Life To Live Quotes

Antonio: What would you call that, Jessica?
Jessica: Doing what I have to do. Mitch has hurt my family in every way possible and I want to make sure that not only does he pay, that he never hurts my family again.
Antonio: Oh yeah? Well, not tonight you're not.

Natalie: Everything's going to be fine, guys. Just - just do what he says.
Flash: How can you be so calm?
Natalie: I don't know if I am calm, okay? I just - I've been through worse.
Flash: Yeah? Like what?
Natalie: Oh, like being strapped to a table and your grandfather ready to cut your heart out.
Flash: Oh. Yeah, you got me beat, then. Never mind
