I totally agree with Mell! I thought of the same thing.
And also maybe she is a cuckoo nurse and will try to kill Derek or hold him hostage??? I cant wait for the next season!!!

You know season 5 will not start with Derek and Meredith being happy... It will start with Derek trying to end things with Rose and she will be pregnant and the Derek Meredith problems will continue.

I'm a chinese resident doctor.Here we all love this.I love christina cause she is so smart and strong.But I don't think the season 4 is not good as the 1 and 2,It looks that meridith and derek have nothing to do just break up and return again and again.I still very expect the season 5.Pl be quickly!!!

I have to watch Sweason 1-4 again in a week...The Characters truly Rox plus the fact that it helps refresh my brain from medical term... SERIOUSLY...more episode please...Loving them all

We all LOVE Greys Anatomy, it freaking rocks. We get off work just to watch it ... thats how much. We can't wait till 5th Season. Everyone is right... Derek and Meridith look so good together... it will be so gay if he fully hooks in with Rose.. AND bring Addison Back. She rocks too. What's the go with Hahn, she really annoys me. Just her attitude. I love bailey she's awesome but she's not as fiesty as she used to be i recon like in the 2nd season. Bring burke back.... HE was awesome n him and christina were like a match.

I just cant figure out if the last scene (season 4) between meredith and derek was good or not... i so want them to be together... probably in season 5 the writers will screw them up again ... damn!

All the seasons were awesome.Im looking forward to 5th one.And having a curiosity about whats gonna happen next coz ther's nothing left so exciting to happen.so lets c how n what they ll do it.The thing whch i cudnt figure out in the season four was the relationship b/t the meredith n the derek.Its is quite confusing n vague.Anyways all the actors are stunning and perfectly fitted in their chracters particularly george,izzy and meredith.good luck with the 5th season.

I agree. I love this show so much but this season hasn't done anything for me. I used to love seasons 1 and 2 and still watch them all the time. but season 4 hasn't been the best in my opinion. I was on youtube watching meredith and derek videos and it made me fall in love with the show all over again well at least the way it used to be. =). i will always root for meredith and derek. its seems so right.

I would love to see Addison pay a visit to Seattle Grace. (Perhaps Richard has a case no one but Dr. Montgomery can handle.) Addison could then talk some sense into Derek and Meredith. Even she knows the two of them should be together.

I also agree. These new episodes are making me excited, anxious, and really elated all in one. This is a good sign for me, since I have been having new episode withdrawals recently. I am also excited Private Practice is returning this fall. I loved that show, whereas some of my other friends disagree (let's just say we had a huge argument!). But, I want a few things to happen in the next 5 or so episodes, and am very very very excited. ^_^
