ok seriously....george was MARRIED and as soon as george and izzie got together, i HATED watching their scenes. yes callie annoys me and i cant stand her character, but it was disgusting. adultery is adultery and i'm glad they are over. show will be better with them being best friends again!

I just had a thought regarfing Derek & Meredith. I hope they get back together in the eleva you remember the episode 17 seconds. At the when they were in the elevator & they kept looking back & forth ta eachother when the other wasn´t looking. I hope they do something like that Accsept i hope they catch eachothers eye & end up making out like they did in the 2nd episode of season 1. I hope he says to her no self control it´s sad really. Because he said that at the end of the 2nd episode of saeson 1. What do you all think?.

i dont understand what was the big deal about izzie and george getting together. Why did people hate it so much?? is not like friends never have gotten together before. People made it seem like izzie and george were related in the show.I think the whole thing being dropped is stupid. I thought Shonda was a writer, why did she end it because people didnt like the couple together? I read somewhere that she planned for izzie and George to be together from the very beginning, and now she throws that all away because it didnt get positive feedback? She shouldn't care because a true writer wouldn't. Its good to get back some negative feedback, maybe she should of given them a chance so people could get use to the idea. I admit in the beginning i wasn't all that excited about George and Izzie getting together, but i thought about it and they are very cute together. They deserve a chance Or at least give Izzie a relationship that works out! I'm sick of her character getting screwed all the tim

GIZZIE WAS A BAD IDEA!!!! bad bad bad!!! even katherine heigl didn't like the coupling. she couldn't understand izzie falling for george. she said it was done for the ratings. needless to say, it was a desperate move that did not work.
the friendship was so much more beautiful!!! i'd say they're the best grey's couple because of their friendship!!
the romantic twist was an indication of diminishing creativity. the danger now is the writers might not be able to bring back the fun between george and izzie after a break-up. we'll see.

Seriously, Gizze was never interesting or even REAL!
I mean Izzie was suposed to be all heart broken after Denny and then in one night of hard liquor everything changes and she is now head over heels for George?
and George, what the hell is wrong with George?
He was first in love with Meredith, then Callie and now Izzie? Who is next Addison? ABSURD!!!
To all the fans of Gizze I have one question to ask:
What about CALLIE?
The one who loved George from day 1. The one who has always been there for him in a way that not even Izzie could.

I think this is great news! I love George and izzie but i hate them together. George is a great guy but izzie deserves better. i see george and izzie as great friends.
as for merder i think it will be great to see them together and work things out. Meredith is a mess right now and she needs some straightning out. I was so sick of this on again off again relationship. It is so good to see them being together for good!

I FELT SUCH A RELEAF WHEN I HERD ABOUT THIS ENDING OF A HORIBLE COUPLE!!! I REALLY REALLY REALLY TRIED TO LIKE THEM. THEN FOR CHRISTMAS I GOT ALL THREE SEASONS AND WATCHED AND THEM AND THEN I WAS LIKE PUCKING EVERYTIME I SAW THEM KISS! THEY WERE JUST SO GREAT AS FRIENDS AND THEN THEY HAD TO RUIN IT BY THINKING THEY COULD JUST HAVE SEX AND THEN A RELATIONSHIP! AND I MEAN DID ANYONE EVER THINK OF CALLI?? I FELT SORRY FOR HER! All the polls are spammable, I am not a Gizzie fan or hater, but I can tell you, I was able to get in 2000 votes, 2000 not 200 on the favorite couple poll for MerDer, I counted on this site. Try it very easy, not to mention if you have access to different computers, like your wok one, your friends' ones, the library one, the university one. I have a friend who has access to 10 computers, you can vote many times.
I would say this poll is one of the most easily spammable out there. The Fanpop and Tv-com thing have about 200 votes so I doubt it is much spammed.
As for this site being known, LOL, I know it, but I would say the majority of my friends don't know about it, the forum is pretty much deserted and the only time there is a lot of discussion here is when Gizzie is mentioned.
The Gizzie fans having deserted this site and its polls, the site is pretty much dead.

I remember being told by Gizzie fans that I had no eyesight if I could not see their chemistry (THAT'S subjective), told I was stupid, and my personal favorite, that I must have some terrible insecurity issues to identify with Callie in this situation. On the OS it got particularly nasty, and I had a couple of friends leave the OS because they were sick of the nonsense they got if they stuck up for Callie in the situation since she was standing in the way of this "perfect Gizzie lovefest". So, the Gizzie fans do NOT by any stretch of the imagination have the title of most attacked fanbase. No offense, but in general you gave as well and in excess of what you got.
As far as the polls on fanpop and tv.com, people can VERY easily register with different e-mails and vote multiple times, in fact making these polls more vulnerable to spamming than the IP control ones on the OS and GAI since you only get one vote per COMPUTER. Also, fanpop and TV.com do not get as many hits as the OS.

You do know Lexziepuke is the nickname for Alex and IZZIE, not Alex and Lexie. And is Gizzard, Gizzieyuck and Grizzard anymore mature, because I know the person who came out with Lexziepuke only did because she was sick and tired of the Die Gizzard Die posts.
As for wasting time, a Gizzie hater admitted she and two friends had been spamming the ABC poll against Gizzie from the evry first day for about 6 hours every day and would do so until the very end of the poll, spending all her time off doing that. She is spending hours and hours of her life spamming an INTERNET poll against a fictional couple, so don't talk about maturity.
That is a little bit because of that the Gizzie fans have decided to boycott this poll and the ABC ones and all the polls of this kind. Polls like ABC and this one and the BUddyTV ones are the easiest to spam, it is pretty easy to be a hacker these days as a friend of mine said.

Ok first off I want to say that I don't hate Gizzie. So for anyone who responds to this post and tries to label me a "hater" or whatever, I'm putting that out there first.
I liked them better as friends because amidst all of the crazy relationship drama, they were each other's sanity and normalcy. One of my best friends is a guy and I know that we liked the fact that Shonda was portraying that it is possible for a guy and a girl to be best friends and love each other platonically. So when they did get together I was a little shocked and I was no where near happy, I'm not going to lie.
But I got used to it and I kept watching because I actually LIKE THE SHOW. I'm a Grey's fan, not a fan of any particular ship.
I get that your pissed at the people who are so outspoken about hating your ship, but aren't you doing the same to Alex and Lexie? To all of you people who seem to hate Alex so much...seriously? You're going to waste THAT much energy hating a fictional character? Righ

I am not giving up on Gizzie, just on voting in general. By the time we had learned of the ABC poll, two days had passed and the spammers had gotten way too big an advance. Most Gizzie fans don't post on ABC at all. I could have spammed it too, I know how to do it, but I don't have the energy to waste hours spamming a poll.
Last time around, both sides spammed it, the Gizzie haters and fans, it was a very well known fact.
This time around, the Gizzie fans just let the haters do all the spamming. Doing well in the first ABC poll did nothing for us, we thought for sure it would as it was the official site, but no things became worse than ever for Gizzie.
Winning the poll here also did nothing.
And to me and many of us, both this poll and the ABC one are the same, supposedly unspammable but very easy to spam.
There are dozens of Gizzie polls on the Net right now, in fact it seems there has been an explosion of Gizzie polls. Before, would have voted in all of them. Now I on

I was reading the comments, and like fan of the couple Gizzie, I ask for all the right in order that they do not give up of this fantastic show, because while giving up of this show, they are also giving up of this couple. And if we will not be we to fight for them, who will fight? please do not give up, we are going to join ourselves to obtain what so much we want george and izzie joined. When Gizzie first got together I thought it was rather cute and was rooting for them in the episode that Izzie had to give some of her bone marrow. But once they got together though it seemed rather akward and they lost that connection they had. I now prefer them as close best friends because it seems when they are in a relationship it just isn't working right. Maybe if they were given more time maybe but I don't know just seems like something was amiss at that time.

I am not giving up on the show or Gizie, but sometimes it feels like I am the only one. I used to watch the show with people at my office, we have a big office and about 40 of us would watch Grey religiously, we were all obsessed Gizzie fans talking about them all the time off the Net and on the Net, but since episode 7 aired, my entire group of colleagues have quit the show, ranting about how the haters and the critics had won and the show would never let a guy like George get the beautiful girl over Alex and shipping Gizzie was just asking to get our hearts broken over and over again, because they would never get their chance, the haters would never let it happen.
Not only did they quit the show and stop posting on the Internet, many of them have sold all their Grey DVDs and change the station every single time they hear the word Grey.
They hate the show now, and it feels like I am all alone in still having hope for Grey and Gizzie.
I know not all Gizzie fans have given up,

I LOVE GIZZIE AS A COUPLE!! I love Gizzie as a couple together. There is no one who loves Izzie more than George. And Izzie's realization that her dream guy is George and just fantastic. They are still best friends. And as far as the spoilers are concerned, I am still buying what George said to Izzie about it being "bad timing" for them. On the heals of the destruction of George's crazy, grief-stricken, whirlwind of a marriage to Callie is not the time. Izzie still hadn't recovered completely from Denny, I believe. So maybe the writers are dropping them as a couple now. But just as I believed that MerDer would be OK, I believe Gizzie will be together again somedayâ€" when the timing is better and they've both had a chance to heal some. The show is great. Gizzie fans, have some faith. And don't give up on the whole show, just b/c Gizzie are not a couple right nowâ€" they certainly are still amazing and they'll get together sometime when the timing is better.

please give a vote of confidence to Shonda, I am sure that your prayers will be heard on the couple gizzie, but if you simply to give up of the show, you are going to give up also of your favorite couple. and for the right gizzie that they are not going to give up not space to manage to gain this 'battle' of obtaining gizzie joined because others vain right simply to give up, think about that, and they are going to see how I am right. Besides nobody heard the shonda to say that gizzie finished, she still did not say that anything you punish the auselio and he has not certainties of anything always wanders. He also said that the new episodes had passed months and they hardly spent weeks from the last episode 11. He rarely is right, think about that. do not stop enjoying of grey's anatomy. it is a show fantastico and few ones exist so. I speak like fan of GA and do not eat fan of mer/der or gizzie, for me and GA, think about vain this to see how I am right and fight for your couple prefe

please do not give up of this fantastico show. this show does not retract only mer/der or Gizzie, withdrawn friendship, understanding, loyalty in the friendships, and the life in the medicine. of gizzie to a desestirem of the show they give up the right also of your favorite couple, and if they are the same right how they say that they must not give up of the gizzie, do negative comments next to the shonda, do not give up them to me this is the worst thing what they can do because they so lose the reason, which they lose your favorite couple. therefore please do not give up. thanks and excuse my english

Everyone has the right to complain about what is going on.
I have not stopped watching the show but I sued to watch it every single week, no fail, and know I watch maybe half of it and not every week.
Actually I am loyal to George and Izzie as characters, their scenes are the only ones still watch, together or not, except the Izzie and Alex scenes, those are unbearable for me, but I watch all the rest, I just don't watch other characters
I also have stopped voting, we won or tied most polls over the last months and our couple still got flushed, so I am not losing time doing this again.

I really don't care what the status of Gizzie is, now or in the future, but I am surprised by the lack of loyalty, it appears, of some Gizzie fans to the characters of George and Izzie as individuals. I started watching GA during S3 for Maddison, but I didn't quit watching the show when Shonda broke them up. I kept watching because I'm still invested in Mark and he has earned my loyalty.
Show some loyalty to George. Show some loyalty to Izzie. If you can't do that, then do please quit watching, and no more complaining about the show. If you don't watch every week, you have no rights, and no grounds, to complain about what is going on with the characters.

I think a lot of Gizzie fans have answered about why they watched before Gizzie. Some have said they only started watching last season, and some have said they used to love the show and had lost their passion for it until they came along.
As for me, I watched the show out of habit, I liked it but I was not over the top with it.
Then Gizzie happened, and unlike many Gizzie fans, I never saw them coming, I will be honest, I did not see the hints, but when they did, when Izzie smiled at George while they were making love and during that linen closet scene, I fell ehad over heels.
They were the only thing I felt passionate about in the show.
Now I ahve many other shows I like, and my hours of work just wen up, I need to sacrifice a show and since Gizzie is my only pasison on the show while I am passionate about the entirety of other shows I watch, Grey will have to go
If Gizzie reunites, I will be back though.
Aas for polls and panels, I don't really participate in them,
