Heidi Montag is back with a new single, entitled "No More," the follow up to "Higher," the aspiring pop star's now-infamous debut.

The song is available digitally as of this morning, coinciding with the return of new episodes of The Hills to MTV last night. More on that later.

Heidi and Spencer: Engaged, Disgusting

In the pop song, Heidi Montag sings about a problematic, broken relationship (possibly alluding to trouble with Spencer Pratt), telling us:

I bet you wish you had my love again /
I bet you wish you never made that decision
