     I agree with some of you... It can't be MerDer since they are going to be together sooner (looking forward to that moment!!!!!!!), so... if we have never seen it coming... could it be Mark and Izzie??? I know it's pretty weird, but if Shonda is trying to surprise us... that would be surprising for many people...

     bailey and chief would be supppppppper surprising...or alex and izzie would be hot cuz their kisses always are exciting and great. its not gonna be mer or der cuz that would not be surprising since shonda said they are gonna be together by the third episode. perhaps callie and mark? or mark and erica...there are so many choices.
