The Season Four finale of Grey's Anatomy is tomorrow night and we've compiled a ton of promotional photos that give us a pretty good indication of what's to come in this much-anticipated, two-hour episode ... or at least make it fun to speculate.

Take this one for example ...

Meredith Grey appears to have champagne. Will there be something to celebrate?

What do you think will happen tomorrow night? We have our theories, and the photos below sure give us some interesting ideas. Click to enlarge the thumbnails below, and follow the jump for many more photos from tomorrow night's "Freedom" ...

i can't wait for a happy ending for Meredith & Derek.. i just hope not to be disappointed.. again! i've been very patient so far with what's going on.. that rebound girl better get out..bye bye

Okay now about that champagne photo...seriously you guys, have you not been watching?? Episode "The Becomming" Der gives Mer a Champagne Bottle for the day when they have a successful day in the clinic...which means....they will probably save someones life in the last episode and so she gives him the bottle drink it with him. Now thats how i see it. The worst thing is, that we dont get to see the final season until Fall or even WINTER of this year!!! Now how horrible is that?!!

why does everyone think that someone is pregnant? was there something that i missed. I don't think that she would write that into the finale. But she has done some crazy things. If rose is preg, it's the end of greys for me!!

No, I don't think Mer is pregnant............their reconciliation has to be because they both "want to" not "have to". She wouldn't be drinking champagne if she was pregnant, either.

I think it's gonna be Bailey the one pregnant...and it's not gonna be Tucker's child ;)

I think that its callie that is going to be the one that is pregnant just an idea what do you all think ?

Looks like they are outdoors..... perhaps where derek wanted to build the dream house

lol me too i can't focus at all and as i said before i have the most important exams of my life lool i'm going crazy!! about the pregnant thing i don't know it just doesn't seem right ?!?! how can any of them be preggo :P can't wait for the episode just can't and btw people i have to watch bits and peices from the net cause i am not an american citizen and so i can't wach the full episodes on the abc site it really sucks :) but its ok all of you enjoy the hole episode ok and don't forget to lean into your tv for the big kiss hehe :)

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

Lexie: [narrating] Grief may be a thing we all have in common, but it looks different on everyone.
Mark: It isn't just death we have to grieve. It's life. It's loss. It's change.
Alex: And when we wonder why it has to suck so much sometimes, has to hurt so bad. The thing we gotta try to remember is that it can turn on a dime.
Izzie: That's how you stay alive. When it hurts so much you can't breathe, that's how you survive.
Derek: By remembering that one day, somehow, impossibly, you won't feel this way. It won't hurt this much.
Bailey: Grief comes in its own time for everyone, in its own way.
Owen: So the best we can do, the best anyone can do, is try for honesty.
Meredith: The really crappy thing, the very worst part of grief is that you can't control it.
Arizona: The best we can do is try to let ourselves feel it when it comes.
Callie: And let it go when we can.
Meredith: The very worst part is that the minute you think you're past it, it starts all over again.
Cristina: And always, every time, it takes your breath away.
Meredith: There are five stages of grief. They look different on all of us, but there are always five.
Alex: Denial.
Derek: Anger.
Bailey: Bargaining.
Lexie: Depression.
Richard: Acceptance.
