its not izzie pregnant she isn't having sex with anyone. its not rose cuz shonda said so on her podcast. can't be lexie cuz she hasn't has sex in awhile. nor has meredith. unless the pregnancy happens after last nights episode cuz then it could be mer and der. but by process of elimination it has to be callie.

are we forgetting that there was a smooch had by George and Lexie at the tail end of the episode? maybe something will happen there? was it only i who noticed the longing in Lexie's eyes and the way she touched her lips with her hand after gorge kissed her? who knows stranger things have happened?!

Can't be Rose who's preggo, she didn't share a smooch with anyone in the finale. So, I personally think it's Callie. Could be Mer, but I doubt it. Izzie? No. So most likely Callie.

It is DEF. not Rose!! I dont think it is Izzie either cuz Alex just got over the whole Ava thing and i dont think Izzie and Alex had sex! It is either Callie or Meredith! i really hope it is Meredith cuz that would make an interesting story line. Also, she did point out where the kids would play in the season finale!! Cant wait til September!!!

OMG...it is not ROSE...gosh ausisello said it was someone who had a kiss in the finale- Rose did not have one of those kisses.
It probably is Callie? It would be a cool twist though if alex and izzie had sex and then she was preggers

I think that Callie will be pregnant, because Adele, Izzie, and Meredith haven't really been with anyone. It could be Ava though, but I don't think they will after the whole fake pregnancy whatever ish thing.

Some just dont pay enough attention-
Adele could be a possibe candidate because her and Richard had sex a few episodes ago.
BUT I don't think it is her because they already had her pregnancy story.
I am almost positive its Callie because of the many, many hints Shonda gives us.
In the writers blog she writes about how she is interesed where the Callie/Hahn AND Sloan story is going. That must mean a baby is involved, because why else would Sloan be involved.

It'll be interesting if Izzie got knocked up by Alex..seeing how ready Alex is in having a baby with that other girl.. Besides, they both had a thing back then... Plus it'll be a great start now that Izzie got the Clinic from Bailey... Preggie Izzie running the Clinic... That'll be nice...don't you think? I don't think Rose is up for the preggie part... She's not really a major cast in the show... Meredith? Hmmm... I thought she hadn't slept with Derek for a long time... And Callie... now with Hann? Really don't think so... Well, anyway all of these are just some of my thoughts.. But I do hope I'm right about Izzie getting pregnant instead of Rose... Can't wait until September!

i think it's callie .. it would make the erica and callie storyline more interesting .. it can't be adele cuz she's already been pregnant and i don't think it's izzie either she hasn't had sex with anyone lately and she only kissed Alex .. But i think there's a good chance here it would be meredith... but overall i think it's callie

Thats a good point we dont know where season 5 will kick off so your right it could be anyones baby but the spoilers do say that the baby comes from someone who had a special kiss so that only leaves a couple of people it could be can t wait till september for it to start again think they should start it earlier as we lost out on this season only having 17 episodes because of the strike.

I don't see why it would be Adele. She already got pregnant and lost the baby at the end of season 3, remember? Why would they make her pregnant again so soon?
With the majority I think Callie would make for the best season, but if Meredith and Derek are back together it could very well be Mer, but that just doesn't make sense right now to me. We alsoi don't know where Season 5 will pick up, so in all actuality, it could be anyone's baby. lol! I love Grey's!!!

I'm certain it's not Adele, because she and Richard haven't been together in quite some time, and she loves him too much to have someone elses baby.
Adele and Richard did the nasty in The Becoming episode remember? And Sloan made a comment in the finale that they have been doing it like rabbits ever since!

It will probably end up being Callie. It just seems to make the most logical sense, and to also not beat a dead horse like with Izzie and her daughter.
Anyway, I came up with the theory of Callie before the finale because I thought it would make good drama if she and Hahn did indeed become a couple, but having Mark in the picture if he was the father.
But yeah, when I only saw the sneak peek of Callie acting all flustered before the trauma case came in, I really thouht she probably just found out she was pregnant or something. It just makes no sense for her to be acting that flustered about Hahn and Mark, unless she just finished having sex with Mark.
