More on Return of Beth Logan to The Bold and the Beautiful

at .

As previously announced, Robin Riker has been cast as Beth Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Fans of the series are aware that it's been seven years since Beth was last spotted on the series, as viewers have wondered where Beth has been when her children needed her during this time.

Executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell recently answered that question, sort of, in a response to Soap Opera Central.

"Beth, who has been mysteriously absent during the harrowing series of tragic events that her children have recently endured, including Storm's suicide and Katie's heart transplant, is forced to face her children and reunite with her family," Bell said.

Meet the new Beth Logan, soap opera fans. Robin Riker is coming to The Bold and the Beautiful.

As for Riker, leaving New York City and the theater scene for The Bold and the Beautiful wasn't a difficult choice.

"I had a talk with Brad Bell and he made it sound like such a lovely invitation," Riker smiles. "And I love to accept invitations."
