Here's the Pushing Daisies news fans have been waiting for: the DVD of season one will be available on September 16.

Despite a strike-shortened season, viewers can enjoy a thorough three-disc set of the show. Here are more details on it:

• Price of the set will be $29.98;
• Blue-Ray version of Season One will also be available for $39.98;
• Look for a Bonus Featurette: Pie Time: Time for Pie. An interactive featurette with creators of the show, the set designer and special effects team who all come together to make this show so unique. Special interviews from creator Bryan Fuller and Lee Pace as they discuss their favorite first season scene.
