I don't care who he is with, I am sorry ton see him go he was good actor in the series, it was just something about him that was refreshing to the series. And if his mate dosen't want him to do the show he has lost the best part of his mind. 14 million that is alot of money and if my mate was offered that PLEASE!!!!!!!! T.R. is so cute and I am going to miss you take care and be happy, hope to see you on screen again....Mad love always....

LOL got to love the one homophobic IW fan coming out of the woodwork a year after those photos are posted, but not you

I watched every single episode from the initial premiere until they decided to drop Mr. Washington...what a MISTAKE! The show has not been the same since. I've tried to enjoy it but it's shallow at best now with merely a handful of big-egoed interns and docs who sleep with each other and later share the tidbits with anyone who will listen or cares. It used to have substance with real storylines that you could follow and appreciate. They push Meredith down your throat but she's not a good actress at all and I'm sick of seeing her. You had Isaiah Washington who is a good actor, as well as Sandra Oh who is fantastic, Loretta Devine is an amazing actress but GA doesn't give her a chance to show it. Wake up, writers, before the rest of your fans tune you out.

TR is the least talented person on Grey's. In fact, he is NOT by any stretch of the imagination an actor --- good or otherwise.

The BOY has not even had time to grow up yet, let alone know if he is truly gay. TR, are you that much of a user and of such low esteem that you chase children? Come on, at least let your mate be a grown up with enough years and experience to know how to function in real life...not a child who has yet to find his way. And, Washington was let go for nothing! How many times have minorities had to look the other way for ill-treatment and told to live with it? So why the rush to put Isaiah off the show? DOUBLE STANDARDS again!

I applaud him for coming out but dating a 19 yr old ewwww. This can only go dwon hill once the kid grows up some.

it is anormal man and man

I am sad to see him leave the show...and as far as his relationship goes, whatever, it's his life!

what an ediot.... You work all your life to be in the trade and then you become this holyer then thou!! Lets give it to someone who deserves it!!!Gay or not...You don't deserve it because your ego is bigger then your talent...

wow they look hot and great couple. Who cares about the ages. As long as they have cocks and hot sex in bed than ages.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

When we say things like "people don't change" it drives scientist crazy because change is literally the only constant in all of science. Energy. Matter. It's always changing, morphing, merging, growing, dying. It's the way people try not to change that's unnatural. The way we cling to what things were instead of letting things be what they are. The way we cling to old memories instead of forming new ones. The way we insist on believing despite every scientific indication that anything in this lifetime is permanent. Change is constant. How we experience change that's up to us. It can feel like death or it can feel like a second chance at life. If we open our fingers, loosen our grips, go with it, it can feel like pure adrenaline. Like at any moment we can have another chance at life. Like at any moment, we can be born all over again.

Doesn't matter how tough we are, trauma always leaves a scar. It follows us home, it changes our lives, trauma messes everybody up, but maybe that's the point. All the pain and the fear and the crap. Maybe going through all of that is what keeps us moving forward. It's what pushes us. Maybe we have to get a little messed up, before we can step up.
