Well I haven't watched since they ended Gizzie, so my only wish would be they reunite George and Izzie so I can watch again.
George and Izzie just are pure magic for me.
I want them to have cute dates and see george be all nervous an all and giggling on the couch and sneaking in cute kisses and all.

- MerDer sexy and funny together having short silly fights ... no babies yet... next season. Probably they could have some falso alarm first...
- I see Cristina dating many men, leaving them all wanting more and not caring... free, cold and funny as she can be... back to herlself
- Izzie... I dont know, I'd like to see her back with alex and I dont know... there's been so much controversy about her I just cant come with anything for her, and I'm actually realizing that she never had a really interesting story, all failures and dummy stuff... she and McSteamy could be a good thing! something that can start sarcastic and really secret until they start to really fall for each other.
- George and Lexie is like too obvious for me, but they look good.
- More Addison! and some new amazingly hot doctor for her yeeeyy! starting a nice kind of akward friendship with MerDer
- Callie and Hahn... yeah thats cool

Alex hit by a bus and dead and nobody shows up at the jerk's funeral. He never cared about anyone but himself anyway.
George and Izzie married and having lots of hot sex like they did that first night together. That was the hottest and sweetest love scene ever.

No, Izzie and Alex don't need another chance. They were awful the first time around and were even worse at the end of season 4. No sane woman would want to be with a self-centered, whiny crybaby who treats her like crap and gives her verbal abuse. They also have less than zero chemistry.
Izzie needs to be with George, some whio respects her and loves her and a guy with which she ahs actual hot chemistry.

My Wish List:
1. Meredith and derek have their wedding in the end of fifth season, but then something big happens, leaving a cliff hanger for season 6.
2. Izzie, to have a better, more intense and more complicated storyline (like the end of season 2), perhaps her story line somehow involve denny, or her returning daughter, or her relationship with george. Remember! Complicate it!
3. Alex. I think everyone who follows GA agrees that we need more of Alex's Past.
4. bailey. I need something big for her, something really challenging other than her problem in her marriage. I need her to be involved in a crisis... medically, perhaps..
5. Chief. He needs to NOT change. I like his character enough and OK.
6. Mark. He needs to get some serious story line. Something to make him vulnerable, like when he lied to Addison about the bet.. only bigger. Make him more connected to other characters too.
7. Callie needs to find a guy out there, seriously.

1) Occasional visits from Addison.
2) I would like to see some patients return for follow-up treatment: The elderly man with Parkinson's whose daughter wanted him to walk her down the isle; Izzie's daughter; the man who swallowed "Judy dollheads".
3) The friendship strengthened between Mer & Alex and Mer & Izzie
4) An episode that deals with affects of alcoholism (perhaps Mer/Lexie's father or Finn's father as a patient)

No Mark is not going anywhere. He is the one guy I can stand with George.
If anyone has to go, it is the scum of the Earth Alex. I would say Derek the jerk too but all the MerDer fans would freak and I do like PD.
Izzie and George are so so right together. They have great romantic chemistry and friendship chemistry too.
They make my life.
George and Lexie is ok too for now, much betetr than hideous AI.

George and Izzie are right not just because they are best friends, but because they have smoking hot chemistry.
She and Alex have none and are kind of toxic and a bit disturbed. They give me the vibe of possible conjugual violence. Very disturbing and this show will lose me as a viewer if they go down that way.

1. MerDer. 'Nuff said. I don't want a baby, or a house, or anything. I just want them together, moving forward as slowly as they need to go.
2. Alex and Izzie, plz. Kthxbai. George and Izzie was just wrong. Just because they're best friends doesn't mean they should be dating. They were much better as friends.
3. Lexie and George! That would make my life. I think Lexie is just what George needs.
4. Miranda needs more screen time. I love, love, love, LOVE Miranda. She is such a hardass, but has such a wonderful soft, caring side that whenever I see her, I just want to hug her. No more of this relationship shit for her, either. We need someone to stay stable!! Miranda's the best candidate.
5. Sloan needs to go buhbye. He's had little to no story line this past season, so it's time for him to move on.
6. ADDISON NEEDS TO COME BACK. I've given up on Addison/Alex because Addie's busy in LA, but still...guest appearence, please?

George and Izzie to rebuild their friendship and start dating again, this time slowly and the right way. No affairs. They are so cute together and they make my heart beat a bit faster.
Make Alex a decent human being like he was ins eason 3, not the abusive jack*ss he was in season 4.
Make Cristina likable again too.
Have George be a successful intern.
Have Lexie and Mer grow closer.
Above all, I want Gizzie back. I miss them and have barely watched without them.

a) Alex should get over his past with somebody who can make him happy.
b) Izzie should get a interesting storyline, and helping Alex is my dream.
c) They are MEANT for each other, please.
2. Cristina not to get any love interest. I don't want anybody but Burke. People like Cristina don't get fooled twice. So she's better focus on her career and be the world's best heart surgeon, better than Burke himself.
3. Richard to retire, and show once in a while.So, a new chief of surgery, I would prefer it would be Mark. He needs to get a REAL storyline, and chief of surgery would make him grow.
4. Derek and Meredith to be happy finally, with no complications.
5. George to be alone. Lexie to interest for Mark. Callie to get things well with Erica.
