love this episode, but on the site wheres the quote from during lunch when the meridith says that they use boys like alcohol. its hilarious!!!

i don't like it either. and yes, why is it that there is no romantic contact of meredith and derek as before.(i think the viewers will have their hopes filled if this mer/der relationship will go back to its earlier stage, remember season 1 when allison was not yet around?that was such a pure romance- yeah, when derek goes after meredith and not the other way around.)
the good part for me of this episode is the acting of sandra oh! and her role is in shape again! the GI Joe guy, perfect click. can we let him stay more at the seattle grace?

Personally, I was not impressed. So, I agree with everyone else who was not the least bit impressed. I had very high hopes for this season premier and I do believe it i safe to say that many of our hopes were crushed. I didn't not like the story line at all. I was just absolutely sure that Meredith and Derek would at least kiss... but they didn't even as mush as touch each other. The whole DREAM thing was kinda stupid. I mean opening up the season premier with Bailey calling Derek's T.O.D was pretty stupid if you ask me. It would have been different if Derek woke Meredith up from her nightmare and done something romantic like usual.
I hope the episodes to come are better.

I have liked this show from the beginning but personally I think it hit it's summit midway through last season. The Meredith/Derek plot line is just so ridiculous and her incessant whining and drama is really grating.
Specific to the Dream episode, Christina icicle mishap was absolutely preposterous. The GI Joe guy was at least an interesting character which is so much more than I can say for Callie. Boy I cannot stand her character!
Katherine Heigle is by far the best part and actor on Grey's. The Dream episode was two hours of crap not as much crap as the Private Practice spinoff episode but not far enough for comfort.

Still dissapointed. I watched the show last night, as a glimmer of hope that things were going to get better. I found the plot silly to the point of ridiculous. The only thing I actually liked about the episode is how they humbled Derek, since he was becoming obnoxiously full of himself. And of course, how Christina appears to be getting her groove back.

i just want to say, i'm sooo relieved Rose is not pregnit!! i was nervious there for a sec. but i think i'm going to miss her on the show!! pretty crazy chick tho!! but anyway~ i loved how in the show all of the women and their husbands were hurt too!! GENIOUS!!

I honestly didn't like it. There was too much going on at once and the group of patients names and stories were all jumbled together and confusing me. And there was not enough Merder. hopefully it'll get better in 2 weeks =/
