I knew something was going to happen to McDreamy! I mean just look at how last season ended. Merideth is whole, she is finally ready to commit to McDreamy and wham the rug will be pulled out from under her yet again. The whole Rose being preggers is part of a dream sequence it just has to be.
Christina and the new hottie will become the new McDreamy and Merideth.
I don't know about Izzy and Kerev not a good idea in my book.
I hope George and Lexie get together they are so cute together better than a George Izzy pairing.

ok im going to be honest, i really hate to say this but its offical, after watching and pausing the season 5 preview it is most defenetly derek on the table. i dont like that. shonda is a very good writter. she knows wuts shes going to do. writting is not easy if rose, is pregnet and lets say it is dereks u now they would make him go with rose caus that would go for 6 episodes and u would watch to see if they ever do get back together(merder) so more viewers for them. u now rose really likes deredk u could c a lie but that wouldnt last long caus they could just get a test. i wonder whos getting married b/c there was that limo accident so maybe keep with me dereck and merideth got in a accident after thier wedding they do this to grab the audiences attention me i know i would do the same its a really good show i wanna thank all the ga cast, the writters, production, director. the person who nows all the medical stuff, ABC u guys is y greys anatomy is here so thank u for giving me so

Really if you look at it closely it shows an obvious gun shot into a man in scrubs, so obviously the guy hurt is shot, however, if you look closely at the very end.. that is McSteamy who gets hit! I dont know what Meredith is screaming.. but she has alot of dreams sequences so that could be with that and thrown in to make you think it is McDreamy shooting himself or something after finding out about Rose.. but I think it is McSteamy and yes I think Rose is pregnant, for real but I think Meredith and him will continue over this too.

About Rose being pregnant, i don't think she actually is. Shonda said Meredith and Derek would be together FOR GOOD and if Rose was pregnant, i don't think Mer and Der would ever get back together. Really. And if Shonda is lying to us, well then i'll stop watching the show. Because seriously, Meredith and Derek have been through enough and one more melodramatic incident will just be one too many. And i don't think it is Derek hurt or if he is, then it has to be a dream or he will live and get better...
But i SWEAR i saw Derek standing there among the doctors with the ingured body. I watched the promo a couple time over and i swear i saw short, dark, wavy hair. I hope it isn't Derek, really.
Also, The lady screaming wasn't Meredith or anyone that knows Derek. So hears hoping the ingured man isn't Derek!

Rose is most likely pregnant, will probably end up miscarrying/having an abortion/or telling Derek that she will be leaving the hospital and she doesn't want him to have anything to do with the child. The car swerving was most likely Merediths alcoholic father and the Chief is saying they're going to save this man because of that fact. Putting Derek in an accident would make this show as dumb as when they killed off Warrick on CSI

Did anyone else hear Christina say "I'm done" when walking away from Meredith? I hope that the friendship between the two of them is not coming to a halt. That will only make Meredith more insecure with Derek and we don't need that!!!!

Let's see what we know for sure. Rose is a liar. In the shorter clip you can see Derek standing by the Cheif when talking about "saving that man." So at least at that point, Derek is fine. I could see Derek being injured though and it would just bring MerDer closer together. I saw an interview one time that said, "These doctors spend more time saving each other than they do anybody else." Think about that, Meredith and her drowning, Christina and her miscarriage, Burke getting shot, etc. Derek will have to take a turn eventually. They won't let him leave the show though, so no worries! (unless he makes a racist commment of some sort)

I definitely agree with you, Brazilian merder fan. What would life be without a little spice every once in a while? I mean, to just live happily ever after would make our lives too boring. I believe that we come back every week to watch because of the intensity, and the drama, and all the amazing medical cases. So yeah, I really am going to regret saying this, because you guys will probably hate me for it, but even Rose being as evil as she is, I like her character. I like that she likes licorice and sweet tarts. (yum) So I am actually going to be a little sad that this is her last and final episode. Don't gett me wrong though, I do believe that Derek and Meredith belong together, it was just so fun watching Mer in therapy, because she couldn't get over the fact that a nurse stole her man. Ok, you know, I am going to shut up now, because I am just blabbing on and on.

come on, ppl.. merder just living a real relationship would be really boring. Really! We need drama to stay tuned. We need him smelling her in the elevator. we need her jealous of him with someone. We need him sick to his stomach thinking about his veterinarian touching her with his hands... If they just get back together and nothing else happen it will be so boring that we wont watch the show anymore. like season 3.. they were fine, they were together, and then mer almost died. i mean... as mer said in season 1.. it's the chase. It's merder not being able to be together even though they wanna be together that makes us stay tuned. It's all the drama ! Life would really suck if we all were just... happy! Everyone needs a little bit of drama to spice up our lives! doing everything like we do every single day for the rest of our lives is really really boring ! it feels really good thinking that we have found the love of our lives with whom we are going to spend the rest of our lives with

Also Jeffrey Dean Morgan is returning in this episode.. so it could be a dream sequence.. If you check out spoilerfix.com it says that JDM ( Denny) is returning... Since Denny is dead... the only way he could return is a dream. since we have done the "dead denny thing' Also rumor has it Izzie hooks up with Alex.. But I was totally freaked last night and spent alot of time looking for answers.. But sloan being injured... interesting...
Spoiler fix also says that Callie will not have a "mcsteamy bun" in the oven...

I was watching back the preview in slow motion and they show Bailey in the yellow coat and you hear the Chief say we are saving this man and right as it pans from Bailey to the Chief it shows Derek standing in the background. It pans so fast that you don't see him.

It cant be darek if you look at the color of the scrubs it is light blue not dark blue ha always wears dark blue.
