Jojo... i don't think that derek will be in a car crash. This promo was only for the season premier... not for the entire season. so yeah, i don't think the stuff that was put in front of us... the stuff that was put there to make us think the worst... and analyze the hell out of the promo... and freak us out... and make us all talk and tell the world about what may or may not happen... I think its all a plot. I think most likely, its dream sequences... Or as a lot of people have said... the things said that are our worst nightmare... have been dubbed over what is really being said. So the video images are right... well some of them. Except Derek (if it is really derek...) lying on a gurney all bloody. It has to be all linked and different for the real episode, because otherwise its all just been given away and the fans that were told "rose isn't pregnant, rose and derek aren't getting married, derek won't be injured in a car crash or get hit by a bus, and meredith and derek will be to

The man does look like Derek, if you pay attention to the nose. Derek has that kind of nose. And then the eyes and the forehead looks like Derek's too...NO!!!1 He better not be cuz other wise i'm gonna go mad.

Ok so whats gonna happen is that at the end of the episode rose will tell him that shes carrying his child, because her lips weren't saying those words at that time. That car wreck will be that one picture of the lady in the black dress with blood all over. and some time after derek says something about marriage, later in the season, Derek will get in a wreck. thats totally right

christinas sleeves are the same color as the person on the ground if u watch the clip a couple of times you can tell its her that gets hit..rose cant be pregnant shondra said she hated merder apart and that would kill mer for derek to have a baby with rose!

i have watched 4 promos of the same thing...
the things i noticed ... when rose says she's carrying dereks child... her lips don't match whats being said..
when meredith says mrs meredith shepherd.. the only word that matches the way her mouth moves.. is the shepherd part.
I think they set it all up, to put all the things we don't want to happen... to seem like its going to happen. Some of the scenes are real... and with the bad things that are said... i think it might have been dubbed.
As for Derek on the gurney, like most people... a dream sequence seems most likely.
Meredith screaming noooo... at what she sees when she's having the dream.
But yeah, found it very odd on each promo i saw... of the same thing... even on high quality... that rose's lips don't match whats being said... derek doesn't look that worried or shocked...

I don´t think anyone has considered this, but i think that maybe the doctor who is hit with the glass is Izzie. I think that would tie in with the return of Jeffrey Dean Morgan...

If you look at the older promo, linked below, at 7 seconds you can see Derek standing between Bailey and Richard when they are talking about saving the man...however in this new promo, the footage is sped up and cut so you can't see Derek. I highly doubt it is Derek and my theory is they cut him out of the new promo so we think it is him lying on the table...it really looks like him but it's not. Creating drama and panic! It got me for a second too ;)

I know it sounds a bit far fetched but maybe the ice falls on Callie... might tie in with the Hahn/Sloan storyline somehow.

okay, I'm not so sure it's a dream.
I bet Rose is just lying or trying to freak him out so she doesn't lose him
and also, Ellen does look like she has gained a bit of weight- but don't get me wrong, because she looks as GORGEOUS as ever! but maybe she will end up being the one who is pregnant?
I definitley think Derek is hurt, I think it will help show Meredith how much she needs and loves him- it will be a wake up call for her.

Okay you guys, take a deep breath. In, out, Ahhhhhhh! Now, do we not remember Season 4, and how it could of been alot better. Well, it seems to me that whatever was missing from Season 4 has been put into Season 5 along with the usual magical writing of a full Season and what we are going to be left with is ... something that is going to blow our socks off on the Season Premier. I don't care what happens because all I know that its going to be mind blowing. I agree with caittxo that "sept. 25 needs to come asappp"
P.S. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE TIME MOVE FASTER, OR ANY WAY OF SKIPPING EVERYDAY BETWEEN NOW AND SEPT 25? I'M IN NEED OF IT TO HAPPEN ASAP AS WELL AS SOME OTHERS!!! HURRY UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

also when the previews for the finale were shown some parts werent in the actual episode... and i think that this promo isnt really from the first episode i think that it is just to get viewers to watch and see... THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!

Sad to say, but if Rose is pregnant and/or Derek dies, I'm done and I'll be watching CSI for the rest of the season. So, here's hoping for creative editing.
