Press Release For "Dream a Little Dream Of Me"
We've read the Grey's Anatomy spoilers for weeks now (including some good ones this morning). But here's what ABC itself has to say about the Season Five premiere, titled "Dream a Little Dream of Me," on September 25 ...
"On the two-hour season premiere of Grey's Anatomy, a freak ice storm brings trauma patients to Seattle Grace, Meredith and Derek learn that 'happily ever after' isn't easy, a military doctor who brings in a trauma patient catches Cristina's eye, and the Chief and his staff reel at the news that Seattle Grace Hospital is no longer nationally ranked as a top-tier teaching hospital. Kevin McKidd (as Major Owen Hunt) Bernadette Peters, Kathy Baker and Mariette Hartley guest star."
Sounds like "Dream a Little Dream of Me" is shaping up to be a good one. We'll be posting a ton of promotional photos from the episode in the coming days.

This morning on german breakfast TV the host showed the trailer of Dereks "death".I can`t wait to see "dream a little dream of me"! But I live in Germany,so I think it takes a lot of time until I see what happend. But I think & hope that this is just a nightmare! Greetings to all of you from a german GA fan!

wow! all the romors are getting me more and more exited for Greys to return this season! did you see the viedo of when Deirck got in to an accident?? OMG i was shaking for like an hour after i saw that!

Rose is pregnant......Why Does Rhimes do this to us man......That is beyond jacked up and entertaining.....Washington was a jackass/idiot/fool, but i still miss Burke.....Meredith is dreaming ...i know it...

Lucky you, living, in the states, iam from South Africa, and we ll most probly see it only next year or if lucky in Dec. Will tune into youtube to watch. Im so lookin foward to it, especially what happen to Callie

I still think that its option #1: Rose stabs Derek. It could be figuritively (Rose stabs Derek with the whole lieing about the pregnancy thing) or it could be that she's a clumsy wench and stabs him accidentally in a surgery.
all the others aren't really plausible.
#2 - Derek is a health nut and i doubt that Shonda would make him have a heart attack.
#3 - just impossible
#4 - Shonda Rhimes said that Derek wouldn't be in an accident. So i think this is the dream sequence that Meredith imagines. The guy in the season 5 pictures looks identical to the Limo driver pictured in the car with Cristina. The limo driver has the exact same injuries, and the same facial features.
So yeah. If anything Meredith is screaming in a dream. I don't think they'd do the whole car crash thing in a flash back. Thats just silly. And to show that on a promo... leaves us knowing what is going to happen. So again, i think its a dream.
Just my thoughts.

okay this is my response of the season 5 promo.
I think out of the 4 options Derek is likely to get in an accident and while on the table goes into cardiac arrest, and is visited by Denny. just my opinion since rumors has it that Denny is supposed to appear in the season opener.
As for the Cristina saying "i'm done?" I'm not sure how to take that. it could be her way of saying she's over talking about her how she feels to Meredith.
Also I think the reason Meredith screams it might be because Cristina get's hurt by the ice. it looked like a woman's hand when in slow-mo. and has the light scrubs so it has to be the residents with dark gray long sleeve shirt and you see that Cristina is wearing one when talking to Meredith.
