    Is it me or does it seem like that Erica has been in romantic relationship with a woman before? Erica is clearly smitten without the "fear factor" whereas Callie is excited yet apprehensive. Something is afoot with Erica's past and I am dying for Callie to unravel her.
    
    George is always cute. I am glad he passed his exam. I hope he does not leave Lexie abandoned for the charms of McSteamy. Unfortunately, I can see that coming very soon.
    
    I wanted more diary details...are we going to get more insight on what she wrote next week?

    seriously_addicted2greys it was just about one of her first surgeries that went wrong, but it wasn't her fault. The patient went septic for no reason at all. blah. I hoped it was about something more interesting too ^^

    Yea that would have been cute to have mer & der read the diary together. Did anyone catch what the first page of the diary said? I tried to pause it on the shot when I watched it online but it was too blurry.

    By far the best Grey's of the season so far! I thought it had some of the old humor we loved in the past seasons. It was all around a good ep. I just wish there was more MerDer, but it was still great!!
