     yeah alright please like that is going to in Grey's. This people are experts on avoid issues. So I don't think so.

     I think what would be really great to happen is...
     
     Meredith takes the diary and goes into the shower... she starts to read it... and its all too much for her and she has panic attack and starts to freak out and cry's...
     
     Meanwhile Derek is in the bedroom considering if he should go after her... Izzie hears Mer in the bathroom having a break down and then goes to find Derek... Derek then goes to answer the door in nothing but a pillow covering his you know what... and that's when Izzie says "nice outfit"... Der is a tad cranky about that...
     
     Then Izzie informs Der that Mer is in the bathroom freak-ing out... in a corner in tears with the diary. Derek goes to the rescue. He calms her down and they talk about it... everything is brought out in the open... about her NDE and her seeing a therapist and her mum's suicide attempt. They have an emotional moment together. I love you's are exchanged then they have a shower scene wink PERFECT... I'm thinking YES!
