I love Grey's Anatomy, but if I learn that Meredith has a lesbian story, I won't listen to the show anymore. I mean first Callie than Mer... Who's next Christina?? I have nothing against lesbian, it's just not my king!!

Wow. Delinda there's no need to get upset and mad! I was stating my opinion about it.
and there is no need at all to call me an idiot or anyone else for that matter. You don't know me, and you have no right to do that.
It may not seem like Izzie loves Alex. But she might... we don't know. We will never know until she says it. I'm not sure I believe 100% that she does and I'm not saying I am for thier relationship because I'm not. I believe she should still be with George, but she's not. and we can't change that. Izzie obviously has moved on so we should too. I will always miss Gizzie but I don't see that ever happening again.
And if you guys think Grey's Anatomy "sucks" then don't come here and bash the people who still love it and enjoy it. This is a site for the fans. If you have moved on and don't like Grey's anymore just leave us be and let us enjoy it in peace.

Greysaddiction, what is your name btw? Grey might not suck to you, but it does suck to other people. It's a matter of opinion. I hope you are right about Gizzie but I believe Shonda doesn't have the courage to go there. She is scared of even making them friends again because of the haters.
I have lost couples I loved before, although this is the first time a show acts like they never existed, but I stayed because the show had other good things. Grey doesn't for me. It's my opinion and Delinda's it seems, and many others. You should respect that. I respect your opinion.

I don't like the erst of the show. The show sucks. We have all those new characters I couldn't care less about, boring callica, cheating Callie, ass Alex, braindead Izzie, stupid Lexie, no George at all. The show used to be great the first two seasons and if it was still like the two first seasons, I would watch Gizzie or not. But the show sucks now. Seriously, who the hell are you to give us speeches and get all patronizing on us?
Izzie was never in love with Alex. She was in love with Denny and george and now we are suppose to believe in her insta-love for Alex. The girl doesn't know what love is clearly or she wouldn't have fallen in love three times in a year.
I don't buy Alex and Izzie are in love. I don't see that on my screen. All I see is a woman suffering from stepford wife syndrome letting a guy abuse her so she has someone to sleep with. It is a pretty dangerous message to send to people, and I think anyone who supports that is immoral, so maybe you should look yoursel

Patty. On the Grey's Anatomy Official Podcast Shonda said that Mer/Der were together forever. so there are no worries there, unless Shonda changes her mind which would be a HUGE mistake.
and I agree 100% percent with IDC. You guys are making this out to be something way bigger than it actually is. Meredith isn't a lesbian. she most likely just kissed her or something. Just chill out. What happens is gonna happen.
I don't see how you guys can just QUIT watching this show. If you really loved it you would stay for the other characters. Get over Izzie and George. It didn't work out. I loved them too but if it doesn't work out it just doesn't. As for Alex and Izzie. Alex is an ass and I don't like this situation but if Izzie loves him, who are we to be mad? You can't help who you fall in love with.
You guys just seriously need to chill out. and TRUST. SHONDA.

Everyone knows the only reason Shonda is habving Gizzie say their love was a mistake is because she is a giant coward who is still trying to get the haters to forgive her, mainly the AI fans, for having a couple that is so superior in every way to their disgusting Alex and Izzie thing. Izzie was mentally abusive, are tyou kidding me? Really I burst out laughing that.
They bring out the best in each other? is that when he calls ehr a bitch, sleeps with other women at the same time or constantly yells at her to shut up because he can't stand the sound of her voice. He brings out the best in her. Is that when she throws him something to his head and gets looked at like she is a moron by people around her or when she is so immature because of her fighting with Alex that Derekl threatens to fire her, or is it when she constaly let this man abuse her and kisses him and screws with him because abuse is such a turn on to her.

I dont get what the big deal is with Alex and Izzie. They were bound to be together since day 1. Notice the on and off relationship people.. its obvious.
btw, you call alex and izzies relationship abusive? what about gizzie? I remembered izzie treating george like a bell boy when they were together. She became self-centered, (plus annoying) manipulative and obnoxious (not the same izzie we loved from seasoon 1-2). Wow Greys addiction, I seriously seriously love you. I agree 100% about Alex and Izzie. I have been trying to post this on Grey matter but they haven't published any of the positive Gizzie comments I made or the negative AI comments I made for months. Many people say the same thing so Grey matter is effectively censuring everyone who dares to speak out against the show or against this abusive storyline and couple that is Alex and Izzie.
i am glad this site gives us a voice and lets us talk without censuring us even though a lot of people here are AI fans and Gizzie haters, they have always given us a voice and been pretty respectful, so I thank them.

the potential Mer/Lesbian storyline has me concerned. But I will save judgement until I know what it is.
Here's my comments on Alex & Izzie that I have posted elsewhere, repeated only because this it what I think and I don't know how to say it any better...
Alex & Izzie. This is disgusting. She's right in saying he acts like a barbarian. Izzie needs to get some self-value here and walk away. So, poor wounded Alex is testing her, so poor wounded Alex is so broken he doesn't know how to treat a partner with respect. What woman has not had some phase of her life when she always wanted the jerk-guy, the wounded bird that could still love on some level and was only going to love just her and she would/could fix him??? So, you want to say it's realistic? Fine, I guess you might have something there. I think Alex and izzie gonna be great. I've seen the SP for this week episode and Alex is asking Izzie whether if she wanna be all in or not. I think both also wanna be together for good but both also afraid to admit it. I hope to see another progress in this episode.

I read the last interview of the shonda in USAToday and she said that they would be going to be together for good for now. And ' for good' wouldn´t be going to pass necessarily of 5 season.
After reading this interview I kept the sensation that they would be going to break up again.
I HATE the idea, mer be a bisexual. I have not anything against the bissexualidade or homosexuality, adore the history callica.
but I think that to the end of 5 years to know the character (mer), it does not seem to me correct, it seems that we are speaking about other one meredith.

if meredith is a lesbian, i quit grey's anatomy. shonda can't just completely change a character after we've gotten to know her for 5 seasons. plus, meredith is just not the lesbian type...i mean come on, shonda. this is ridiculous. if they actually go through with this crap, they can say good-bye to their ratings.

Besides I don't think the storyline for Meredith is going to be as big as everyone thinks.
I think it's just there to shake Derek up, make him jealous and to add some hilariousness to the show...
Do you really think Shonda would have Meredith leave Derek? Do you know how many people would be angry? She already said they were going to be together FOREVER. Trust her on that guys. Just trust Shonda. :)

Guys! These story lines aren't supposed to go how YOU want them to go!! Shonda knows the characters better than we do, she created them. She's doing what she wants and what she believes would have really happened with the characters.

I hate Alex and Izzie too but hey between the AI fans spamming the polls and Grey matters censuring all the negative comments on them and ny positive Gizzie comments, I think we are stuck with them. That or stop watching the show. He is sleeping with two women at the same time? STD anyone?
