I think that the Meredith and Dr. Wyatt relationship will end. That was one of the most significant relationships of the season. I think Meredith will have one or two last therapy sessions, and Dr. Wyatt will give her the last push she needs to be all whole and healed. I can't wait for episode 3. I'm so excited. To add to the excitement... NAKED PATRICK! OMFG! The 16th can't come soon enough i say!

I have dreamt and written sensual,sexy, romantic scenes (for my own enjoyment) with Mer/Der. Some thoughts I know were too racy for tv, but not for dvd. So, I don't believe Shonda will ever do anything like that. I don't believe she has the nerve to do it. In fact I dare her . Hell, I even double dare her too. All of us Mer/Der fans want a sensual,sexy,romantic love season for Mer/Der, I just don't think Shonda has it in her to go for it.

Meredith and Christina's relationship will end. They both have too many hang-ups and they are starting to get on each other's nerves.

My thought process:
1. Meredith and Derek won't break up. obviously.
2. George and Izzie already kinda ended...
3. The Chief and Adele was big, but I don't think it was a main focus of the season
4. Sloan and Callie? maybe... but I wouldn't call that exactly a relationship (although Derek might. plus, that has rather obviously ended as well)
5. Bailey and Tucker... again, big, but not as huge as some others... however, spoilers do seem to exaggerate how big something is going to be...
6. Alex and Rebecca. most likely. they never actually ended... (if they even started) and it definitely seems like Alex still cared about her (surprising for Alex!)
