I just wanted to point out in a podcast I listened to I believe Shonda said something along the lines of everything you need to know about the season is in the first episode. Any thoughts as to how the Denny/Izzie thing or any other storyline possibly proves this?!?!

This ep looks really good! I am very interested in where they are taking the Izzie Denny story. It is a little out there but its great to watch. So....i don't think Sadie is a self cutter. I think she was just trying to prove a point that they were not going to learn much on their own that way. I personally enjoy the character. Why don't all you Sadie haters just give her a chance, first impressions can be very wrong. And whats up with MerDer!? There is like nothing between them anymore. Nothing exciting. I do think they are trying to build up to something exciting so, soon hopefully! I am also really interested in the chemistry between Hunt and Christina. Hope nothing bad happens to Callie.

George cant be fired -- common the guy who worked for the chief?? the guy who helped everyone around?? the guy whose heart was broken when he slept with Mer and half way during sex realises tht she is not interested?? they cant... they simply cant fire him ... wasnt this the same george tht shonda and everyone else defended when he was insulted by Burk?? (and they fired Burk) and make christina single again??????????

I know, I have written to Assiello and Kristen and Matt and everyone and not one of them has an answer about TR. I know several of us have written asking about TR and noone has been answering us.
George isn't even shown on surgery scenes anymore. Something is going on.

That is definitely Callie bleeding at the beginning... What the hell is going on with the show? Sex with ghosts, Interns performing surgery on one another? Im surprised Seattle Grace is still open, being number 12 is the least of their problems!!!
Also, saying ABC wouldn't let George go because of the fall-out from the Erica Hahn debacle, is slightly inaccurate. We have to remember that Brooke Smith was fired in September, we are 2 months behind their decisions. Anything could have happened to any of the characters in that time, and we wouldn't know until the week before the episode airs, as to what is going on.
Whats interesting is that Shonda is denying Izzie has a brain tumour etc, but so far there has been no comment at all about T.R, or Sara. Does this mean they have gone? Because she isn't denying it or confirming it. Yet things like ghosts screwing residents is all ok to be discussed.

OK, who knows from these clips! And from what Shonda has said herself! I am totally baffled!! I am officially done with reading spoilers and looking at Sneak peaks! Bottom line is I love this show. It's simply my favorite. So, for now, I'm going to sit back and enjoy the ride!!!
One last comment to Shonda and writers, though...

was i the only one who thought that denny kindof looked like Justin Chambers halfway after they were kissing? Couldn't it be more like she was kissing and talking to Alex but thought she was seeing Denny then?

that would be a really long dream.. but i don't think it is.. they already fired Brooke Smith, got the new characters.. but who knows?
(like in the good old tv series, Dallas, where a whole season was just a dream..)
i don't know.. i just simply don't get these things..

Why can't we just skip to the episode where Shonda makes her point. Having to watch this Denny/Izzie thing week in and week out without having a clue as to what it means is driving me crazy! Do you think they're actually gonna try to pull off the whole "Denny wasn't really dead" plot? Or "Izzie's lost her marbles" plot? Or heaven forbid, "The whole season so far has been a dream" plot????!!!!
The first ep was called Dream A Little Dream of Me. What if it turns out that somewhere in the middle of the season, Izzie "wakes up" from what turns out to have been a really really long, 13-episode dream?????
I don't know how the writers are gonna spin this. I almost don't want to know!

The epi looks so intense, and if u indeed pause on the scene of derek and hunt saving a guy, it DOES look like sloan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
why bad things keep happening to the GOOD caracters in that show????? btw why did u know that mer-der will have a sexual scene this week?

doctors, by nature, are not risk takers. surgeons, specially, are way too cautious. this fight club and the extent that they've taken it isn't very realistic.
bring back alex and izzie together!!! enough of denny!!!

They might not fire TR but if they don't use him at all, they might be doing it so he gets so tired of it, he quits the show. They could easily do that. It makes me so mad. I love George and I miss him. It is bad enough I lost Gizzie, now I am losing George too.

For the record, I don't think they would fire T.R. Knight. Look at how much heat they are getting for firing Brooke Smith and demolishing that plot line. If they choose to fire an actor who actually IS gay, they would lose a huge fan base. Plus, he's one of the initial five!
