OMG, wth?! they're gonna lose TONS of fans pulling cr@p like this. It's outrageous. I totally loved Erica, and I thought she and Callie had excellent chemistry! What on earth..?!
Homophobia's not the message you wanna send, ABC ... they're deleting the new character's bisexual scenes, too. WTH is wrong with you, people?!

i think when i first saw the article i was in disbelief. i cannot believe what they're doing!
how random was it!!!i thought erica's storyline was really building up and now she's gone (in like 2 days???)
i'm very disappointed because i kinda liked her...besides that whole being incredibly mean to cristina...but she was making soo much progress and her whole "i saw leaves" monolougue? wasn't that fantastic? and i love brooke smith!
so sad to see her go

I am outraged at this news. Brooke has made Erica Hahn such a wonderful character, and I will be sad to say that my grey's obession has ended because of this. Personally, as a bisexual person myself, I find this downright wrong to the gay community. Finally we got a gay couple (main characters included) in the show, and now they have been torn from us.
I think this is wrong , and I really think something has to be done about it. This is homobphpobic and wrong. I thought we were past this. But I was wrong...
As for me, after Brooke is gone, I will no longer be watching grey's. I was a fan before brooke, but I became even more intrigued when she became part of the cast. This is a personal attack. Disney claims to be "gay friendly", but clearly, they are liars. This is an anbomination.

hope the ratings will not fall down and i just wish they have a good story line to replace this one...

YAY! I HATE the lesbian storyline. It was gross and I am glad its over with. Just because one of the cast members is gay does not mean we should all have to be exposed to that lifestyle. Thank you ABC!

I have been a fan of GA from the beginning. I'm glad the character was written off the show. Dr. Hahn was not soemone you loved to hate. You justed hated her. I wish the actress that portrayed the character well in her future endeavors, but I do not care to witness homosexual acts. I was beginning to lose interest.

I just want to remind everyone that Brooke Smith and Sara Ramirez are ACTRESSES. When Callie and Erica are awkward or whatever on the show, that is due to good ACTING on the part of Brooke and Sara. Let's be honest - the process of accepting oneself as gay is not all smiles. It takes a lot to overcome the questioning, the panic, the fear of the future. Of course there was going to be awkwardness. It's not like each lesbian just wakes up one day and says to herself "I'm gay and it's allllllllll good." That doesn't happen.
So, to all of you who think that there is no chemistry between Callie and Erica, think about this: it's because the characters haven't had the chance to be anything but awkward. These phenomenal actresses are just acting out the scenes the way they are being told to by the writers and producers.
And to those of you who think that Erica Hahn was just a hard ass, emotionless bitch, consider the fact that Brooke was ACTING. If the writers truly wanted he

This shocked the pants off of me. ABC, for real? They may not have had the chemistry that was expected or needed to sustain their relationship, but it's unbelievably unfair that Brooke Smith be fired from the show for that.
She's easily my favourite actress, and thus she was one of the reasons that I watch the show. I don't know how a lot of other people are going to feel about the fact that she's gone, I know I'll certainly look forward to it much, much less.

Seriously?! why?! thats soooo wrong...now i can officially say that the Callie-Erica Storyline aka:Ipheopeiarezz and Hanclike storyline is EXACLTY like my life right now. thats just sad. i still have my season 6 in my head though...and i hope T.R. Knight is not going to get fired. Its all soo McSeriously Mcscrewed up. Peace out. I liked Erica the oppisite of Callie. Oppisites attract. But if there is not chem. Then end the relationship don't fire the actor. Thats so stupid beyond words.

Hi I'm from Chile, I always see this serie on internet, I'm a big fan of Erica, but this is may me feel so sad that I can't believe this, I love so so much Brooke that I hate ABC for do this to you... and the CALLICa relationship was one of my favourite and now is broken for this... is really sad and Disappointing.
I hate ABC for all this :@ god what the fuck is goin on with this serie without CALLICA T_T.

I just got on after school and this came up. Unbeliveable.

She was getting to be one of my favorite characters on the show.
I do think grey's has been flushed down the toilet this season.
I love grey's but it just has not been that great. Then Erica arrived and i started watching again.
Next they are going to fire Lexie. I am sooo mad at abc right now.

This just sucks for everyone. I feel really bad for Brooke. She really had no notice and it obviously wasn't for anything she did. This really makes me see the network in a different light. I didn't there relationship but to entirely cut all of the gay story lines is very telling of where the network stands. Sure alot of people may have been upset with the "content" of the show and this storyline but does ABC really realize how many people are going to stop watching now because of it? I know that I personally won't but I no longer think highly of the network. Brooke we love you!!!

i know Erica was one of my favorites - which means she was probably millions of other people's favorites too.
My entire week is ruined, actually no. ALL of greys is ruined.
now Greys will probably drop down 65 % of the ratings.

TR is mad about it I heard. He took the news so bad, he got sick and that is why he wasn't sen much last week. I hope he doesn't get fired too. The show seems afraid to give their one gay actor a hetero love story, all sad. Shonda is not a homophobe. ABC is, it is owned by Disney after all.

Ever since I read that Brooke had been fired. I have been serching the web trying to find anything on the reaction of Sara/Callie and I can't find anything. I hope she isn't so affraid of ABC that she won't let us know what she thinks about the whole thing. ABC didn't have to do this. They could have ask Grey's to tone down the lesbian story line a bit. I love Callie and Erica together. If they get rid of Callie I will never watch the show again. Hell I might not even wait till they AX Sara. Thursday night might be the last time I watch Greys. I hope the rating's go down so bad, that the show has to be canceled. They find something that people can relate to and they have to destroy it. I'm very pissed and all my lesbian friends are too.
