Alexaholic, I agree COMPLETELY with you! Alex isn't one of my most favourite characters, but I can't understand why so many people seem to hate him so much
Everyone is very quick to label Alex a jerk for the way he has treated Izzie... Well, obviously George isn't a 'jerk' or a bad person for CHEATING ON HIS WIFE. Neither is Derek, who pretty much called Meredith a w*ore in season 2, then went on to sleep with her behind his wife's back when his wife was his prom date, THEN went on to deny his 'beloved' Meredith any credit for something she completely deserved
Then we have Izzie and Meredith who were completly HORRID to Callie during her relationship with George for no good reason at all...
And don't even get me started on the way Cristina treated Burke and everyone else around her most of the time (I notice Alex gets most of the blame for the corpse incident in last episode, when in fact Lexie, Cristina AND Meredith were more than happy to get elbow deep in them to serve there ow

TS, thank you for defending the Izzie/Alex relationship. I obviously love Alex, its clear to anyone who has been watching GA since the beginning that ALex has always been crazy about Izzie. Who was the only one who could get through to her after Denny died? And he did this in spite of his own wounded ego and broken heart (bbecause she had chosen Denny over him). I agree that they are both better individuals when they are together, Plus, I think they are very attractive and sexy together! I want to find out about his past and see him overcome it--love any scenes that he's in!

George, now, he cares about every patient, even a robot. George brought out the sweet kind Izzie.
As much as really hate to get involved in this debate, seriously? George may be nice to his patients but how about his wife?? This relationship turned both George and Izzie into completely selfish characters. I LOVE their friendship, but once they started their relationship, Izzie embarrassed herself and George trying to fight Callie, insulted the ring that George bought Callie, convinced George not to use Callie's flash cards out of spite which caused him to fail his exam, hurt George's mother because of the adultery, treated George condescendinly (by his own admission) and they both became liars and adulterers. How did this bring out the best in either one of them?
Say what you will about Alex's jerkiness and he HAS been a jerk, he is also able to put his personal feelings aside to be supportive of Izzie more than once. That is more than George or Izzie ever did for Callie.

That has to have been the stupidest way to write off a character-ever. Its like a season and a half of character growth went out the toilet, and suddenly Hahn was a total bitch to her gf and storming away from the hospital. Not only that, but they threw in a bi-phobic comment for good measure. Seriously, Grey's? If you had to get rid of her, couldn't you at least done a decent job of writing her off? This show is going downhill.

I for one am really happy to see Izzy and Alex together... i just hope it lasts. The two of them have been playing a song and dance with eachother since season one. And Alex... he is always a better man when Izzy is around. Yes I know Alex is a jerk, but i think his role is the whole wounded guy that every girl wants to save- and for him he has always wanted izzy to save him

Necks and smile in the elevator DerekMark scenes are satisfactory.
But the scene seems a bit gayish. Spoiler writers conteminated
my mind.Now I see gays and lesbians everywhere.

Hunt showed his neck in the beginning of episode.The surprise was that was not a hot scene with Cristina.Hunt was alone.May we see the still,please?
