So not enough Meredith and Derek, and Izzie and George scenes. Cannot wait until next week! The promo looks awesome. Looking forward to Sadie, and what kind of past she had with Meredith.

Have to say - EXCELLENT episode! One of the best in a long time. More like the old Grey's. Great music, great storylines. Love the character of Dr. Hunt - fits in well.

I do feel bad for Derek but it nice to see how much he loves her. I think that when Uncle Sam is in the picture then we might see a normal relationship or maybe a start of a normal one... I think joint therapy sessions with Wyatt would be great.
I loved that scene it is my favorite Derek and Bailey scene, it is getting to be quite an habit with those two... LoL
I think Sadie might be interesting and I am thinking Sloan target lol

I agree Derek and Mark can have the best conversations!! They need a good merder episode already! i mean 2or3 min and episode is just not cutting it! Anyway the scene with Bailey Derek and the old man (it was long and extended between commercials and other scenes)was sad! Also i didnt really like how they cut Hahn out of the show! i think they could have written it better but whatever.
Next weeks episode looks interesting! ill be looking forward to the sneak peeks and spoilers for that episode!

Perhaps too gracefully? I can't help to feel bad for Derek sometimes but I also understand Meredith so I'm in the middle.
lol...band geeks. Who would've ever guessed McDreamy and the Nazi were band geeks. I loved that scene from last season.
This whole thing with Erica leaving and Sadie coming...maybe at the end it's a good thing. I have to believe in something good again, lol.

I think that Derek is dealing with the baby steps gracefully. I thank goodness for Bailey to keep him in line. Band Geeks stick together. I think that the previews for next week are quite something and to think that they didn't add in Greys best friend... Sadie. I am interested in what she brings to the table.

I think that they got separated or distanced themselves a little bit by the fact that Izzie became a resident and George stayed as an intern. Izzie had other responsibilities. Sure, they still work in the same place but sometimes it isn't enough to keep a friendship going, I should know :(. Maybe now that George is a resident, their friendship is back on track.
I didn't like Gizzie as a couple. They functioned better as friends, I felt they were more like themselves as friends. And true, I miss them...as friends.
I'm not sure if I'm sad or happy to see Meredith and Cristina's frienship go. They're each other's person but sometimes Cristina can get soffocating towards Meredith's relationships.
I also think that we'll never be satisfied, some want Gizzie scenes others want more MerDer scenes (starting by myself) but I guess we'll have to live with what the show gives us.
Again, people quit the show for several different reasons so lets not jump into conclusions.

Altho I did not like the GI romance, I do miss their friendship---I think Shonda just has so many irons in the fire (and WAY too much time devoted to the awkward and unpleasant gropings of Callie and Hahn) that she didn't get back to the George/Izzie story. McSteamy is SO hot and let's face it--he's gotten short shrift in the relationship department. I for one would love to see him in a mentoring/romance with Lexie. She is so beautiful and sweet and they would make a very handsome couple. She could get him out of the neanderthal rut he is stuck in....and besides, he and his best friend could "double date" with the 2 sisters!! wow! It could test the true friendship of Mer/Yang, and Yang could then devote her attention to Rambo and help him out of all that camo he's so fond of wearing. I had nothing against the lesbian relationship btwn Callie/Hahn but Hahn's character was so repulsive (not physically so much but her baditude was a real turnoff) and the interaction between them was
