Looks like Little Grey is going to create a big mess on Thursday.

In an all-new Grey's Anatomy, Lexie (Chyler Leigh, below right) and her intern pals take their whole practice-on-ourselves act too far. Way too far.

Meanwhile, Derek and Owen must team up to save an injured, chronic sleepwalker, and Izzie Stevens is still seeing that dead guy from Season 2.
