The Real World: Las Vegas alum and stalwart reality star has been surprisingly, depressingly quiet these days. Since appearing online for Playboy and on three episodes of the failed series, Dr. Steve-O, Trishelle has seen women such as Megan Hauserman and Pumkin usurp her status as an often-naked, attention-hungry willing threesome partner.

That makes us sad.

Here's hoping Trishelle Cannatella is back on the reality television scene in no time!
