Damages

The second season premiere of Damages is just a few weeks ago. Look for it on January 7.

Thanks to E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos, we now know what to expect during the episode's opening few minutes:

Be warned, the first minute of the premiere will send shivers down your spine. Ellen will actually hold someone at gunpoint, demanding answers.

We can't reveal who it will be.... but this individual will be dead by the end of the episode.

Moreover, this season of Damages will be set six months in the past, where Ellen is in therapy, Patty is having nightmares and Arthur Frobisher is still alive.
