In last night's episode, "It's a Wonderful Lie," Serena and Dan obviously still love each other, yet were on the verge of sleeping with other people. Nate finally seems to have settled on who he wants to be with ... for better or worse.

Blair and Chuck's big wager didn't lead to big winners or losers, but a sweet moment with everyone's favorite couple. Lily and Rufus came awfully close to saying those three words ... until they got word of a horrible accident involving Bart.
