Will he stay or will he go?

That question domiantes discussions of Grey's Anatomy these days, referring to cast member T.R. Knight of course. Apparently displeased with his lack of screen time, the talented actor who plays George O'Malley reportedly wants out of his contract and was widely believed by those close to the situation to be parting ways with the series in the near future.

Conflicting reports have arisen today, however, suggesting that despite his unhappiness, cooler heads may prevail and maybe - just maybe - T.R. will stay put.
