Ok, this might explain the hallucinations, but shouldn´t there have been physical symptoms? If Izzie had at leat complained of a headache,but she hasn´t.
Also,it doesn´t change the fact that Shonda went overboard with the "ghost" sex (or aneurysm sex ?!). No matter what goes down from now on, for me she turned what could have been an otherwise compelling storyline into a joke.

perphaps izzie will have to choice between doing the surgery and dont see denny any more and staying with Alex , or dont do te surgery and stay with Denny

I would understand this if th one complaining was Ellen Pompeo, because without her there wouldn´t be Grey's Anatomy, but Izzie is perfectly expendable, I would love to see George more by the way, Izzie tends to be annoying, and if having sex on her own and moaning like a porn star is Emmy material, then winning an Emmy is overrated. I haven´t seen better acting from her, only more screen time. This whole Denny thing is stupid, I would rather see more action between Cristina and Owen and obviously between Meredith and McDreamy. And some more Miranda Bailey. The only happy thought I have is Addison Forbes Montgomery and her upcomming visit to Seattle Grace.
Maybe Shonda plans to kill Izzie so she and Denny can reunite in heaven or limbo or wherever he is and develop "their amazing chemistry" in another spin-off of the show, called Ghosts in Seattle Grace Hospital: The Denny-Izzie Story.

It says that it isn't meant to be fatal, which means that Derek will do the surgery, Alex will finish growing up and finally those two have a chance.
I personally do not love Izzie but just to see Alex worry and more MerDer, I'm on the storyline. Thank God that it wasn't schizophrenia after all...

Maybe TR should whine too then, they would finally give George a story. It seems being nice deosn't pay on that show.
As for Alex and Izzie, they feel forced to me.

So she complains and the solution is give her more screen time and hope the performance is Emmy worthy for her?! She needs to realize she is a part of an ensemble cast and she can't always have the best storyline. There are other characters/actors that act like team players and don't whine like she does. Ellen, Eric, Sandra, Chandra they deserve a shot at some Emmy worthy material.
If this means she is gone from the show good riddens I say.

This is just so boring!!!!!!
This season is just boring to watch, and boring to sit through. I loved Danny, but now that he is constantly shoved in our faces is annoying.
MerDer seem like an old married couple and again that is boring. Where is all the drama, the fun???

hmmm... an aneurysm?
i wonder what will make her go in for help and when it'll be aired-when and how we actually find out. i like izzie and i hope she doesn't leave. i also really like alex and izzie together and this story line with denny is agitating me a bit. i definitely agree that it's a stretch. i just wish izzie and alex could have a real chance. they have such great chemistry. i dont know... i guess i just have to trust shonda. one thing i REALLY want is more MerDer!

seriously?? some kind f an aneurysm? that's just mean, shonda said it's not a brain tumor but she was just playing with words then it sucks, it really does, i have dvd 4 all seasons f this show & lately it's been really dragging, i don't enjoy it anymore,it seems all the writers r following each other & every episode is worse than the other, where's MER/DER, if this is the writers idea f happily ever after then i m gonna stop watching the show, i want to see action between them,when is owen & christina r gonna finally take a tiny step forward?? why r we stoping the show 4 more than a month?????? i've been a devoted grey's anatomy fan but since season 5 i'm really considering stop watching it

All I'm gonna say is I can't read it and don't wanna know, so I guess I'll have to stop posting b/c I know everyone's gonna be posting about it. I want to ride the wave... wait and see... enjoy it for whatever it is or will be.
Please, please keep whatever this says completely underwraps-- I mean, make it hard to stumble upon, even in people's comments.

OK, so maybe there might be a reason for why she "sees Denny", but besides that, it is still lousy to develop a romance between a dead fiance and a living person... it can´t go anywhere...
it just doesn´t wash for me, it is too coincidental that she is reminded of Denny by Hahn´s heart patient, whose heart Izzie stole, developing this "aneurysm" or whatever they want to call it and that it has the effect of her being able to converse and have sex with Denny... I just plain hate the storyline, no matter what explains it...
and it makes me wonder why is Izzie having sex with him or talking to him if she knows he is not real, why is she cheating on her boyfriend? Why isn´t she getting help? She detected a brain tumor on a patient because of a twitching mouth, isn´t she intelligent enough to realize that this could be serious? it is plain STUPID, and the only reason to do this is to get JDM back on the show... because of the "alleged" strong chemistry between them...
