Spotted in New York this week, gorgeous Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester wasn't looking too thrilled at the exact moment this picture was taken.

Is she just in character as UES Queen B Blair Waldorf and upset about something? Did she put on her gloves too soon after rubbing on hand cream?

Who knows, but we love the coat!

i think she portrays Blair well since she acts like that in the CW interview. She is so pretty, im jealous lol
