We need Dr. Wyatt in here STAT! I loved Denny/Izzie in Season 2. Their relationship was truly a "love at first sight" experience. I just feel like the creative genius behind this current Denny/Izzie storyline is WAY off track. It has fallen into the "what were they thinking" category. Who makes love to a frickin' GHOST?! SERIOUSLY! It's so far-fetched. Not that the show hasn't had unrealistic storylines in the past, but this one is unrealistic to an extreme. I'm thinking PTSD is a likely culprit for Izzie's hallucinations. The ghost stuff is suffocating what could be a blossoming love story between Izzie/Alex. Whether you like them together or not, they have chemistry. I know not everyone thinks so, but I see/feel the sparks between Izzie/Alex. They have finally come back to one another and are ready to make a commitment and then they throw in the "ghost" monkey-wrench and butcher the story.
I'm thinking that ABC's Executives' "audience-testing" will prove that this Den

I have no idea what is going on, the only thing I know is that this storyline is the worst thing GA has ever done. That stupid line about the chemistry between Izzie and Denny being touching is a load of crap. If Shonda believed that, she shouldn´t have killed Denny or revived him three years later!!! Three years!!! Who has post traumatic stress disorder three years after the fact? And if someone in GA should have experienced that is Meredith, considering the bomb on her hands and almost drowning... but no, she is great, like it never happened... or maybe, in season seven she will feel the stress of almost dying four or five years ago!!!
get real, the only logical explanation is that she is losing her mind, but if she is, she can´t be a doctor anymore, can she?
we need some ghostbusters around Seattle Grace, pronto!!!

Schizophrenia perhaps? I'm not sure but this is going way too far for my taste. I think it's a waste of time to focus on a couple where one of them is dead and the other seems to be losing it.
Give it to the relationship development between MerDer or the courtship of Owen and Cristina. Something else than the dead guy walking.
This doesn't mean that I hate JDM or Denny. On the contrary, I love him but this is too weird. Like someone else posted...where's Dr. Wyatt when you need her?
Also, I understand that this is TV and whatever but there is a difference between creative (incredibly hot doctors that are able to perform surgery after pulling an all-night drinking or sexcapade) and ridiculous (Denny/Izzie ghost experience).

I've been thinking alot about Izzie's situation. And I've come up with maybe she is a Psychic medium. In Iz's dream in the first episode to this season listen to the words of the song...it just really pointed me in the Psychic direction with her...maybe she doesn't know yet. hmmm could be....

I'm convinced that Izzie is going crazy. A few episodes ago when Izzie told Alex that she "would not go crazy", that sealed it for me. She tells him that, then Denny appeared shortly after. Coincidence? No. Denny is a collection of audio, visual, and tactile hallucinations.

alright, first things first, i REALLY hatted that they are going to do re-runs through out the season. sorry, i really don't like that! then, everyone elce is saying that Izzie's having a tumor, well now i REALLY SERIOULSY agree! i REALLY doin't want her to have one, but that's what i think. :(
alright, the thing that i was really exited about the hole day, i couldn't stop thionking about it, umm, how do i say this,,, well tecnicly i get to mail Ellen Pompeo. and im serioulsy not fibn'! alright here it is. you remember how i told you my LA teacher told us we get to mail famous people this year, well we're starteing that now. there's this site that you can just type their name in and it gives it you all that info. so that's the truth. i even tryed it today when i was at school! so i really know it works. we are mailing then next week. but the suckish thing about this, it we have to have a test on it. The problem with my theory of this is a dream Izzie is having. That would mean none of season 3 up till now is real/true. Mer doesn't have a sister,Der is still married to Addie,George never married Callie actually there is no Callie. Oh this is just a mess!!! Now I'm back to square one with NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!
Where the HELL IS DR WYATT???? We NEED her STAT!!!!

I hate Alex and Izzie and love Dizzie, but even I find this ridiculous.
The only way I'll be ok with it is if it gives us George and Izzie scenes.

I'm new on the comunity, but I visit the page very often and I love it. Every time I want to know something about Grey's Anatomy I come here.
So, yesterday I wrote an article on the forum and I really apreciate if someone could write a comment of it. Because is really important for my grades, yo see, I had to write something in one of my favorite web pages and make people write coments about it... and well, no one has writen.
My article is about the gay theme in Grey's Anatomy, and the fact that Brooke Smith was fired just because of her character.

Shonda said at the end of season 4 that one of the characters would be pregnant this season, what if they pull a Xena and make the spirit of the baby someone she knew and she is connecting to him.

I must be one of the few people who actually likes where this is going. It's fun to have something you can't explain but know there will be a logical explanation in the end. Just sit back and enjoy the ride :D

I really hate all this "Denny should leave!", "its crap", or whatever talking that is right now going on online, cause I love Izzie/Denny... but Im really confused where this storyline will bring Izzie, and Im sooo trilled to find out whats behind her visions, so people should maybe stop the hater-messages and just watch what`ll happen. I personally think theory 4 or 5 would make sense...a little at least.

Is it just me or what...I just realized that every time I use to see Hahn on screen I'd think back to Silence of the Lambs and hear the part where the crazy man says to her, "It puts the lotion on its skin"...sick...lol

Well,I liked Izzie with Denny,but this storyline is ridiculous,absurd and just wrong.Please,let Denny go,or kill Izzie.Anyway,stop this storyline.The show begins to be unrealistic and lame. However,I will not stop watching it because I`d like to know where are the writers taking it and I still love Grey`s after all. Instead of this stupid love story [Iz/dead Denny] we could watch more Mer/Der,Cristina/Hunt or the beloved Izzie/George friendship.

I think the storyline is getting a little wild, but it will be interesting to see how it plays out in the end. I honestly don't think Shonda would just throw something this off-the-wall into the mix for no good reason. Shonda has yet to let us down when her plots take a precarious turn. Instead of bashing the show we all know and love, we should watch it with an open mind and trust in Shonda to tie up all the loose ends. After all, what's good television without a few left turns? I don't like Izzie that much either, but you have to admit, it was pretty brave and creative for the writers to come up with such a challenging storyline.

denny's great. izzie's great. together, they were amazing in season 2. but it's season 5! how is the bar raised [quoting shonda's blog] by having sex with dead people? THAT IS JUST SO WRONG!
let denny move into the afterlife. or just kill izzie. but the 2nd scenario would definitely drive alex nuts. so just let denny move into the light or whatever. please

if Izzie has to remove Denny from heart&mind to go ahead with Alex.. ok.. just for a while, but it has to stop some day.
Let it be. it`s a good time to Alex/Izzie couple, a good time to Mer/Der couple (whithout Stray dogs around..) and a very good time to Cristina/McHottie too, so please! give us that nice moment... :p

I totally agree with the above written. The story line is unrealistic since u don't see dead people in real life.. u don't have sex with dead people (disgusting) and u don't talk to dead people... Greys Anatomy turning into the Six Sense or Six Feet Under? Perhaps Shonda Rimes should start writing about Vampires or make a new script for a X-Files movie. Anyways, let Izzie and Alex be together for a couple of episodes - come on - can't be that difficult. Let them both develop together and not having such a screwed up relationship from the beginning - AGAIN! Enough is enough - remember Shonda?
