Last night on 30 Rock, Kenneth tried to get Tracy to eat better, Frank edited Janis Joplin's Wikipedia page to mess with Jenna, and Jack brought Liz to a corporate retreat.

Really. These are the primary plot lines on 30 Rock. What a great show.
